Today is not a good day. My son slept terribly last night. He has 3 more teeth coming in and kept waking up. At 3:00 a.m., he didn’t want to sleep anymore and kept me awake until 4:30. After that, my husband took over. When I woke up, I had a huge headache and my whole body was aching. My husband tells me he isn’t feeling well either and thinks he’s catching a cold. The little one has been cranky all day and just wants to be glued to his mama. Even the cat doesn’t seem to be doing well… he is more lethargic than usual. I feel like I have to take care of everyone even though my body just can’t keep up anymore. Hoping for a better night.

I’m so sorry. That level of exhaustion when your own body aches is a different kind of heavy. When the whole house is down, the pressure to hold it together is exhausting. Please do the bare minimum today. Sending hugs for a better night!

I’m so sorry mama the night and the day sounds so hard and I remember being at those moments. Remember, you can’t do it all and you can’t take care of everyone. Try to take a shower if you can to get yourself a few moments.

I feel you! We just went through a teething challenge and finally got through it a couple days ago. She was up 1.5-2 hours in the middle of the night and waking up every hour for a week! It’s been so hard! I never thought I’d say this, but I’m so happy we’re back to just waking up every 2 hours and going back to sleep again within 20 minutes!

I hope things get better soon. My daughter is teething pretty bad and it’s not fun seeing her in discomfort.
