Two products made newborn nights so much easier for me: a bedside bassinet and a silent swaddle. Being able to feed and resettle my baby quietly without loud Velcro or getting fully out of bed made a huge difference during those exhausting weeks.
The silence swaddle was my first panic purchase after my son was born and I would do it 10 times over again, even with the rush shipping
Overall tip: Small conveniences can make a big impact during overnight wake-ups.
We used a bedside bassinet and it was so helpful! We had to try a few swaddles to find the one our baby loved the most because all of my kids liked different ones

My first babe we tried soooooo many! And then the one we stuck with was a hand me down haha

So I did taking Cara babies (in pic). There is no noise from zipper or Velcro. I love it. Momcozy has one too but it wasn’t out yet when my baby was born - I think it came out like a week later 
the one I got worked out real nice though because o liked the option of just a band to feel snug
