One thing I hope this Support List doesn’t leave out is to be easy on yourself because breastfeeding/ pumping is challenging and it is ok if you and your baby don’t get it right away, just keep trying because there is a learning curve in finding what works best for you and your baby. Every baby is different so what might work for one doesn’t work for another and that’s ok. It’s normal to be overwhelmed and to feel like it’s a lot because it is a full time job! Give your self grace and don’t give up because before you know it yall will have a routine down and it won’t feel so overwhelming.
