Breastfeeding gear Tip for new moms!

One support tip I would add for moms building their feeding routine is… the right gear makes feeding time easy! I recommend two things specifically to make life easy: a feeding pillow (boppi or the likes) and collection cups.

The pain the pillow saves you is immeasurable, and the milk you save putting cups on the breast you’re not nursing with is insane! There are things you can live without on the registries, but to me these are essential! After all, let’s be real, breastfeeding has us in odd positions, haha! Support is just optimal! I know it helps me with my LO! And collector cups save every last drop because our milk is precious! If it soaks a breast pad it’s a waste, even just a half ounce can be valuable! Personally, I’ve saved an ounce at a time by using the collection cups!

Very true! And just knowing how to incorporate the tools is so vital too! I had the collector cups forever and didn’t know what to do with them lol only recently I implemented them as part of my routine!
