Breastfeeding is incredibly challenging, but rewarding. The one thing that helped me as a first time mom is perfecting my posture. Making sure you are comfortable will enable you to give your child a good feeding. A bonus tip is to bring the baby to your breast “shove with love” this ensures your posture remains in tact while latching.
