Breastfeeding with my first was a difficult journey in the beginning. I had unrelieved pain for 3-4 months due to raynaud’s syndrome in the nipple and an oversupply causing my son to clamp down on my nipple when the letdown was too much. I cried through many nursing sessions those first few months. But I was determined to keep going. I was able to exclusively breastfeed for 20 months! Praise God!
