Cluster feeding

Having a newborn is super hard… I remember the first few days in the first few weeks. I was crying because it was so difficult. My nipples hurt so bad and I purchased 1 million different creams off of Amazon. Well about 10 and none of them really seemed to help something that really helped with my feeding routine was to “air out “. I would wear a robe that opened up in the front and try to let the air dry my nipples instead of having a shirt land right on top of it. My doctor also recommended a simple coconut oil that really helped a lot. I now have the Momcozy cold nip cream in my tool belt to use as well. in the newborn stage, It’s all about latching latching and latching, so you need to know how to comfort your nips.

Oh, totally! Airing out and coconut oil saved me too. And you’re so right — flange fit is everything! I learned that the hard way :smiling_face_with_tear:

So true, the beginning can be really rough. Finding little things that soothe, like airing out or coconut oil, makes such a difference.

Thank you!! And yes,it really is. And good inserts. I got some cheapies and thought I was fixing flange size but really they didn’t help and I didn’t realize until I tried momcozys’ !

I only use Momcozy inserts! They are so comfortable.
