New mom here. Im in need of advice on wearing compression leggings to help strengthen stomach and pelvic floor. Any recommendations on an affordable but good pair? Any advice on things to do to help strengthen the pelvic floor?

Little pelvic exercises throughout the day + always wearing comfy flats or sneakers—makes lifting the baby and moving around so much easier.

Use a yoga ball! It helped me so much toward the end of my pregnancy. I just bought a cheap $20 one at Walmart, and it did the trick. If I was to have another baby, I’d have to get the one Momcozy released!
