when it comes to night feeds/ pumping try and slow yourself down let yourself be present in the moment i know we’re all tired and trying to get back to bed but this is one of those moments where you get to just exist with just u and ur baby again, i have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my baby and the night in general so just sitting and holding him during these times helps calm my mental and it grounds me, maybe it too could help you and make your experience more personal, i also know not every momma gets to experience a stress free pregnancy/ postpartum so those quite little moments really mean something more.
Hi! Welcome to the group! ![]()
This is such good advice! And these are special moments that you will only be able to have for so long, so enjoy them while you can. We will miss this one day!

Welcome to the community!!! This is such a great reminder ![]()
Welcome!! I love this sentiment, I also feel a special connection at night when I’m holding one of my twins there’s something where I feel like. I’m able to slow down a little bit after a long day and really soak in the special moment.

I do the same. As soon as I hug the baby I forget everything. It’s a feeling that I cannot explain.
I completely agree with this!
thank you for sharing!
Welcome to the group. I couldn’t agree more, we need to slow down!
Yes I love those night moments were it’s literally just you and baby. Makes you forget about the exhaustion
Welcome mama!!! Also LOVE LOVE the Momcozy blanket so much!!!
Welcome to the community. Great advice. I’ve always loved spending time with my girls even when I’m beyond exhausted. The bonding is just so beautiful
.

I really needed this reminder. Sometimes during those middle of the night feeds I’m sooo focused on getting it done and getting back to sleep that I forget to just sit there and enjoy my baby for a minute. The house is quiet, nobody needs anything, it’s just you and them. Even when I’m exhausted, those little moments really are special. I love the idea of using that time to slow down and calm your mind instead of just thinking about how tired you are. Those quiet moments dont last foreverrr ![]()
