Do you know how to measure your flange size?

One thing I would tell a mom starting out on her breastfeeding journey is that Flange size is so important! It helps with comfort in pumping and efficient milk removal. Having too small of a flange can cause rubbing or pinching and having one too big can cause you to have a poor suction and it not be as effective at removing milk properly. the wrong fit can also cause you to not remove enough milk and can lead to clogged ducts and mastitis

Did you know That You could have a different flange size for each breast so it is important to measure both and find the right fit for you!

Yes this absolutely it surprises me so much too how it can change !!!

Omg no I don’t. I just asked my doula this earlier. To make sure I have the correct nipple shield size. Thank you, this is right on time!

It took tons and tons of trial and error but I THINK I might have it down packed!

I’m 2 different sizes :smiling_face_with_tear:

I have seen A lot of moms have said they are two different sizes as well
