How is everyone’s feeding schedule? I feel like mine is all over the place she’s a month old and I would like to sleep even a little bit at night. I feel like as soon as I fall asleep I’m awake again. This is baby #3
Around 3-6 months, babies usually start settling into more of a routine, but every baby is different. Right now, at just 1 month old, it’s completely normal for her feeding schedule to feel all over the place. She’s still adjusting to life outside the womb, and you’re adjusting too. You’ll get sleep here and there for now, and little by little, the stretches of sleep usually get longer. Hang in there mama. Hugs
It’s normal for their feeding to be all over the place for the first few months and when they hit a growth spurt. Cluster feeding is totally normal.
Ah yes, the sleepless nights. It’s amazing how we even get through this stage! My daughter was the same way. She still wakes up to nurse every 1-2 hours at 18 months old! Somehow my body has adapted to this crazy sleeping pattern for the most part. I do have days where I’m dragging, but not as often as I used to.
Hi mama!
How old is baby? After you get baby to sleep, if you have anything to do before laying down you can try dream feeding if she’s still asleep to try to help her sleep a bit longer while you get some rest
Hoping you are able to get some rest soon!
