Feeding Through the Hard Days

These days have been really hard, and I’ve felt so tired, especially yesterday when my baby couldn’t sleep straight through the night. I think it may have been her stomach, but I’m not even sure, and that uncertainty makes it even harder. I’ve been trying to get an appointment, but there’s no availability for now, so I’m left worrying and doing my best to stay calm for her.

Adding formula brought guilt at first, but I’m learning that what matters most is feeding my baby with love and doing what helps us both get through each day. I’m so grateful for Momcozy products, because they still help me pump and breastfeed too. The warmer has been a real game changer for late-night feeds and when I’m out with my baby, and I can’t wait to try the cooler and the oil that helps stimulate milk. Thank you, @momcozy, for making this journey feel a little easier. whathelpedme

Hi Mama! You are doing amazing! I know how you feel when you have to start supplementing! It’s hard, but a fed baby is best. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Try and nap if you can. Night time parties are the worst

Sleep deprivation plus waiting on a doctor’s appointment is a tough spot to be in. Be gentle with yourself today, a fed baby and a calm mama are always the goal. Hugs!
