First Time Mom in December

Motherhood expands my life by showing me that my weaknesses aren’t something to fear, and that I don’t have to fear them. I was so worried the way I was parented would trickle down and affect how I parented, but it’s not about being different from my mom, but learning from her methods and finding my own way of parenting.

I’m a first time mom, due in Dec and so far my pregnancy has been pretty easy, aside from Low Blood Pressure and Anemia, no horrible morning sickness or anything - but it is starting to get a little harder, mostly due to my growing belly and not being able to do stuff around the house that I used to.

I am hopeful for the future of my pregnancy and my birth but of course a little apprehensive and nervous as it is my first.

If anyone has any helpful tips or anything I’d love to hear from other moms

Created another post because first two times I couldn’t figure out how to upload a photo

Congrats to you momma!!:heart::heart: my best advice is it will be your first time so don’t forget that. Nothing is perfect and things will happen. It will be ok:heart::face_blowing_a_kiss::smiling_face_with_three_hearts: (mom of 4 4 and under)

Hi and congratulations on your baby

My advice is don’t be hard on yourself because motherhood is a learning experience. Also, find a good supportive system, whether that is family or the Momcozy community so you never feel alone.

Best of luck :two_hearts:

Me too

Congratulations on your new baby! You got this!

Congrats mama! That is so incredibly exciting and the fact that you’re telling yourself that about parenting shows you are going to do great! Your baby is lucky to have you! Nerves are going to be there but you will be in good hands! Praying for a healthy pregnancy, birth, and baby for you mama!!

Congratulations

Congratulations mama! :tada: My advice is grippy socks on anything that isn’t carpet. It’s so easy to lose balance when you’re getting close to your due date. It’s also nice having your own non slip traction socks at the hospital instead of the one size fits all socks they give you. You got this you’re in the final stretch!!!

You will be amazing that fact that you are already thinking about this shows that so much :heart:
