Is it safe to use frozen milk even after 6 months?

From my understanding it is! It may lose some nutrients but is still good! We go a year or even a little over. My local milk banks takes upto 8 months frozen!

I sure hope so I have milk from six months ago too
I read that 6 months to a year is the shelf life of frozen breast milk
