I was feeling overwhelmed with a lot of work and taking care of the kids and I decided you know what she’s gonna take a break from everything I took a moment to sit outside with the kiddos. I have to say it was therapeutic. I recommend everybody getting some vitamin D if you can get a couple minutes outside!

Yes! Getting outside changes your whole mood! It really helps when you need a minute

Honestly, it changed my whole day around in such a good way. I have to remind myself to do it.
It does mine as well! I plan on trying to take more walks too because it helps so much as well

I 100% need to follow. I feel like I never have time but I think the kids would like it too so I could take them along and make it a “thing”

I agree! We love being outside! It’s been a little rough with the hotter weather though. We try to get out early if we can. We got a bit sunburned the other day, so I have to be careful with how long we are out. Ever since, I only allow her to be in direct sunlight for 20 minutes. I got some baby sunscreen for her, but I try not to use it if I don’t have to. We try to do a 30 minute walk in the morning and then walk to the park in the evening. It’s such a great way for her to get her energy out and to keep her brain stimulated

Oh no! We got one last week so we had to take a break from going outside for a few days. Did your son get one too? What do you guys do for baby sunburns?

It’s been so cold here! Where are you from? I’m in Pa. So it’s cold and then warm …we have only had a few hot days but they will be coming!

PA is so beautiful. The summers there aren’t too bad! I’m in Arkansas. We haven’t gotten into the 90s yet, but have been in the low to mid 80s. We used to go to PA in the summer for family reunions
