I came across the mom cozy community by accident, but I am SO glad that I am here! I found this community when I was connected my new pump to the app. I started reading post and learning from other moms and then started posting myself.
I am a first time (stay at home) mom to the sweetest little (almost) 6 month old boy, but that is not all that I am.
Before I had my son I was a full time baker. I still really enjoy baking but now I do it from home instead of for a company. I enjoy making bread, desserts, and really anything in the kitchen!
I love animals and have never been able to turn on in need away.
We are always on the go! We are beach bums and our son LOVES it. We spend every single weekend fishing.
Other hobbies of mine include spending time with my family, crocheting, gaming (COD), and being outside.
Since becoming a mom I cut back on doing a lot of things, but they are all still part of me. I try everyday to spend a few moments doing something I enjoy, and I have learned that my son enjoys doing everything with me as well. I thought I would have to give up who I was when I became a mom, but instead I now have someone to do everything I love with. It may make it a little harder and take more time to do, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
That mindset of bringing your little guy along for the things you love, like baking, beach trips, and being outdoors is so beautiful. Having a mini buddy to experience it all with makes everything so much more special, even if it takes a little longer! So glad you stumbled upon the app and joined our community!

I also really like the part that you mentioned that now you have someone to do are your fun hobbies with and that is so very true. I never thought about it that way.

Thank you! And yes we love including him in all we do! He’s at the age where he enjoys grabbing everything so it’s messy but fun & girl I play with the baby in the background and all they can mute me if they don’t wanna hear it!
