One support tip is if you are welcoming a new baby and have other children at home is to involve them with the baby as much as you can, let them bring you diapers, wipes, a burp cloth, a toy, and let them pick out clothes for the baby. They feel like big helpers and doesn’t make them feel like you are more focused on the baby and not on them if you involve them. when the baby was born we had a present from the baby to her siblings and they were so excited and it helped with the transition.
