Hello everyone, a little update from us. We went to the emergency doctor, who advised us to stop some of the medicines she was taking. Thankfully, her appetite is starting to come back and the diarrhea has stopped.
For her hernia, the doctor told us not to wait and to see a pediatric surgeon, so we will be arranging that appointment as soon as possible.
Now I have come down with what feels like the flu, probably after so much exhaustion. I am worried because my baby is only two months old, has not received her vaccines yet, and has started coughing with a congested nose. We are taking things one step at a time, but it has been a very emotional and exhausting season. Please keep us in your thoughts.
Oh momma how tough. I’m so sorry babies are so resilient too. It may hit you harder than her. I know that’s typically how it works for my kids and I. I hope the appt with the surgeon goes well. Keep us updated sending lots of love and healing your way
