Special Notice
1.1 To ensure the fairest possible environment, this event does not accept any AIGC (AI-Generated Content) or participation using any AI tools. The organizer reserves the right to use any AIGC detection tools or methods to determine content validity, whether implemented by machine or human review. We will not disclose specific details of these detection methods and reserve the final decision authority. Once content is determined to be AIGC or AI tool usage is suspected, the participant will automatically forfeit their eligibility to participate and receive awards. Any forfeited rewards will be passed sequentially to the next genuine participant. If you cannot accept this rule, please do not participate in this event.
1.2 No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.
1.3 By participating, you (and, if applicable, your parent or legal guardian) agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

2.1 Root Technology, Ltd., a Colorado corporation (“Sponsor”).
Promotion Overview and Period
3.1 Promotion begins March 23, 2026 at 00:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends April 19, 2026 at 23:59 EDT (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device. All times referenced in these Official Rules are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility
4.1 Who Is Eligible: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of participation and who have a registered Momcozy Account on the Momcozy Website (https://momcozy.com/). Eligible Minors must have a parent/legal guardian claim any prize on their behalf.
4.2 Who Is Not Eligible: Employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor or Prize Entities, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or persons living in the same household, or any person involved in development/production of this Promotion, are not eligible. If an individual was an employee of Sponsor as of April 19, 2026, that individual will not be eligible to participate, regardless of current employment status.
4.3 To Be Eligible To Win: Winning any prize requires that the potential winner is, and remains, in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines is not permitted by law to receive a prize.
Momcozy Account and Registration Required
5.1 To participate and claim any prizes, eligible Participants must: (A) register for a Momcozy Account at https://momcozy.com/; and (B) register for the Promotion via the designated activity page on https://community.momcozy.com/.
5.2 Register for the Momcozy Account: Use a valid email address to register; this email will be used for the Promotion. Once registered, your email cannot be changed except for cash prize redemptions (if applicable). A record of tasks and posts will be maintained in your Momcozy Account.
5.3 If the Promotion requires linking or additional profile fields, follow on-platform prompts within the Website to complete registration.
How to Enter & Participate — Four Weekly Topics
6.1 Overview: Promotion consists of four weekly topics; participants must post within the Momcozy community area on the Website(https://community.momcozy.com/) per instructions. Posts made outside the designated activity page on the Momcozy platform will be ineligible.
6.2 Schedule and Topics (all times EDT):
6.2.1 Week 1: March 23 (00:00) – March 29 (23:59), 2026
Mandatory Hashtag: MessyMomMoments
Topic: What are the everyday essentials you always keep in your diaper bag or mom bag?
Reward Quota: First 25 eligible participants (based on post time) will receive one (1) pack of new wipes.
6.2.2 Week 2: March 30 (00:00) – April 5 (23:59), 2026
Mandatory Hashtag: MessyMomMoments
Topic: What’s one messy moment from your mom life that still makes you laugh, sigh, or shake your head?
Reward Quota: First 50 eligible participants (based on post time) will receive one (1) pack of new wipes.
6.2.3 Week 3: April 6 (00:00) – April 12 (23:59), 2026
Mandatory Hashtag: OnTheGoMomLife
Topic: What helps make life easier when you’re out with your baby?
Reward Quota: First 75 eligible participants (based on post time) will receive one (1) pack of new wipes.
6.2.4 Week 4: April 13 (00:00) – April 19 (23:59), 2026
Mandatory Hashtag: LittleThingsThatHelp
Topic: What’s one small thing that makes your day feel a little easier, calmer, or more manageable as a mom?
Reward Quota: First 100 eligible participants (based on post time) will receive one (1) pack of new wipes.
6.3 How to Participate (per post):
6.3.1 Use the designated posting/upload form or link on the Momcozy Website Community/Activity page (posts made outside the designated activity page on the Momcozy platform are ineligible).
6.3.2 Include the applicable hashtag for the specific week.
6.3.3 Content Requirements: Each post must include text of at least 20 English words AND at least one (1) relevant image.
6.3.4 Content should reflect real, authentic experiences; natural integration of Momcozy products is allowed but not required.
6.3.5 You may repost your own prior original content, provided it has not been previously submitted in this Promotion.
6.3.6 Multiple eligible posts per participant are allowed, but each participant may only receive up to two (2) packs of wipes total during the entire Promotion Period (see Rule 10 below for details).
6.4 Second Wipe Pack – Trial Review Post:
6.4.1 After receiving the first pack of wipes, participants may post a trial review in the Momcozy community to become eligible for a second pack.
6.4.2 Trial review posts must:
Be published in the Momcozy community (not necessarily under a weekly topic, but must be easily identifiable as a review);
Include at least 20 English words;
Include at least 3 image;
Include the applicable hashtag;
Be based on real, honest trial experience;
Include a clear FTC disclosure as set forth in Rule 7.5 below.
6.4.3 The second pack is limited to one per participant, and only the first qualified trial review submitted after receiving the wipes will be considered.
6.4.4 Form Submission: To claim either the first or second pack, participants must complete the designated information form (accessible via the activity page) within the deadlines specified in Rule 6.5. Failure to submit the form on time will result in forfeiture of the reward.

Content Guidelines (Crucial for Eligibility)
7.1 Originality and AI Prohibition: All content must be original and created by a real person. Use of AI-generated content (e.g., from ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for text or images is strictly prohibited. Plagiarism, image theft, or copying others’ content is forbidden.
7.2 Prohibited Content: TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOUR POST MUST NOT CONTAIN:
7.2.1 Content that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual.
7.2.2 Nudity or indecent material (Note: Breastfeeding/pumping images are permitted if they comply with Momcozy’s general community standards and are appropriate for a general audience).
7.2.3 Copyrighted materials owned by others without permission.
7.2.4 Spam, bot-generated text, duplicate content, or “Water-filling” content (defined as meaningless, repetitive, or pure character-filling text).
7.2.5 Direct advertisements, traffic redirection (external links), or content completely irrelevant to the theme.
7.3 Privacy and Children’s Images:
7.3.1 If your post includes images of children (including your own child or others), you must ensure that you have obtained explicit consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian.
7.3.2 You are strongly advised to avoid posting close-up facial shots, nude or partially nude photos of children (e.g., bathing, potty training scenes), or photos that reveal the child’s name, school, home address, or other identifiable information.
7.3.3 Consider obscuring children’s faces (e.g., using emojis, mosaics) to reduce privacy risks.
7.4 Consent for Identifiable Individuals: If identifiable individuals appear in submitted content, participant must obtain written consent prior to submission. Any copyright, portrait rights, or IP disputes are the participant’s sole responsibility.
7.5 FTC Disclosure Requirement for Trial Reviews:
7.5.1 Because you receive free product from Momcozy (the wipes) and may receive an additional pack for posting a review, your trial review post constitutes a “material connection” under FTC guidelines. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose this connection in your post.
7.5.2 You may use warm, natural language such as:
“Momcozy sent me these wipes to try – here’s my honest take!”
“Thanks to Momcozy for gifting me these wipes to test. All thoughts are my own!”
Or any similar phrasing that clearly communicates that you received the product for free and that your opinions are genuine.
7.5.3 Posts that fail to include a proper disclosure will not be eligible for the second wipe pack and may result in forfeiture of rewards.
7.6 Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines or attempts to manipulate the site’s interaction system through bots, scripts, or vote exchanges.
No Unauthorized Transfer of Game Materials
8.1 Any transfer, whether by way of sale, loan, gift, handover or any other manner whatsoever, of any Game Materials, including completion evidence of site tasks, access to a Momcozy Account, or the right to claim a prize, by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited.
Technical Requirements; Deleting An Account
9.1 Technical Requirements: To participate, users must access the Momcozy platform via a compatible desktop or mobile browser as specified on https://momcozy.com/ (recommended modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox; ensure JavaScript and cookies enabled).
9.2 Deleted Accounts: Your Momcozy Account is your identifier for the Promotion. If you delete your Momcozy Account during the Promotion, you will lose all access to your account, including Promotion activity, any earned CozyCoins, any awarded but unredeemed prizes, and such items cannot be recovered.
Promotion Prizes/Odds of Winning/ARVs
10.1 Wipe Packs: The primary prizes are packs of new Momcozy wipes. Each eligible participant may receive up to two (2) packs total during the Promotion Period:
First Pack: Awarded to participants who post an eligible weekly topic post and are within the weekly quota (first-come, first-served based on post time).
Second Pack: Awarded to participants who, after receiving the first pack, post an eligible trial review (with required FTC disclosure) and submit the form on time.
10.2 Quota Determination: For each weekly topic, the first eligible participants are determined by the post’s first publication time (accurate to the second) recorded in the community backend. Sponsor’s server is the official clock. If a weekly quota is not filled, remaining slots expire and do not carry over.
10.3 Odds of Winning: Odds of receiving a wipe pack depend on the number of eligible participants and the speed of posting relative to the quota.
10.4 Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Each pack of wipes has an ARV of $4.99USD. This estimate is provided for informational purposes and is based on current market expectations; the actual retail value at the time of prize fulfillment may vary. The total estimated ARV of all prizes available in this Promotion is $2,495.00 USD. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust these estimates if market conditions change prior to prize fulfillment, and any such adjustment will not affect winners’ rights to receive the stated prizes.
Prize Claim Process
12.1 Claiming the First Wipe Pack: Within seven (7) days after the end of each week, Sponsor will review posts and notify potential winners via the email registered to their Momcozy Account. Winners must complete the information form (link provided in the notification) by the deadline stated in Rule 6.5, providing their shipping address and other required details.
12.2 Claiming the Second Wipe Pack: After posting a trial review, participants must complete the corresponding information form by the deadline in Rule 6.5. Sponsor will verify the review and, if eligible, arrange shipment of the second pack.
12.3 Shipping: All wipe packs will be shipped to the U.S. address provided in the form within thirty (30) days after verification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments.
12.4 Forfeiture: If a winner fails to provide a valid U.S. shipping address or complete the form on time, the prize will be forfeited and will not be re-awarded.
Prize Conditions/Limitations/Restrictions
13.1 Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
13.2 All taxes on or connected with any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner; Sponsor and Prize Partners may report prize value and withhold taxes as required by law.
13.3 Sponsor may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. No prize may be sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or transferred except at Sponsor’s discretion.
13.4 Value Adjustment: Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the estimated ARV of any prize if market conditions or product specifications change prior to prize fulfillment. Any such adjustment will not affect the number or type of prizes awarded, and winners will not be entitled to any compensation based on value differences.
Verification
14.1 All prize claims and documents are subject to verification by Sponsor. Prize claims obtained through illegitimate channels will be rejected.
14.2 The decisions of the Sponsor are final and conclusive regarding validity of prize claims. Participants engaging in fraud, manipulation, or loophole exploitation will be disqualified and forfeit prizes; Sponsor may pursue legal remedies.
14.3 In event of dispute as to identity of any Participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at Momcozy Account creation. Sponsor may require proof of authorized account holder status.
Rights Granted by Entrant
15.1 By participating in this event, you grant Momcozy a worldwide, royalty-free license for a specified period. Momcozy may use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display participants’ posts (including photos and text) on any media for promotional purposes and marketing related to the Momcozy brand, without additional compensation. The organizer may continue using the promotional materials until the event concludes, provided it is reasonable and necessary.
General Release and Conditions of Participation
16.1 Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of prize claim documents and are advised to obtain insurance where appropriate.
16.2 Sponsor and Game Entities are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, non-delivered correspondence or technical malfunctions related to Momcozy platform Website) access, uploads, or email.
16.3 Entries and prize claim documents become sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
16.4 By participating, each Participant releases Sponsor and Game Entities from any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize.
16.5 By submitting a potential prize claim, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, voice, likeness, city/state and any statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation (where permitted by law).
Disclaimer Of Warranties
17.1 Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. (Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties.)
17.2 Local Mandatory Law Exception
These Official Rules, including the limitations of liability and dispute resolution provisions, are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any provision of these Official Rules is inconsistent with or prohibited by mandatory local laws applicable to a Participant (including consumer protection laws, privacy laws, or other statutory rights that cannot be waived), such mandatory local laws will supersede these Official Rules for that Participant only, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in full force and effect. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights a Participant may have under mandatory local law.
Miscellaneous
18.1 Disqualification: Participants are responsible for compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify any potential winner who is found ineligible or noncompliant. Automated or robotic entries are not accepted. Sponsor may seek damages from violators.
18.2 Force Majeure/Printing and Production Errors: Sponsor may modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion if errors, fraud, technical problems, or events beyond Sponsor’s control impair the Promotion. In case more winners present than prizes available due to error, Sponsor may conduct a random drawing among purportedly valid claimants.
18.3 Invalidity: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Official Rules remains in effect. Headings are for reference only. Official Rules cannot be modified except in writing by Sponsor.
18.4 Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law rules.
18.5 Language Discrepancy: If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.
18.6 Privacy: Participants’ contact information collected by Sponsor will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available on the Momcozy platform (Website) or specifically at https://momcozy.com/privacy (or site location as updated).
Arbitration
19.1 By participating, each Participant agrees that any claim or dispute related to the Events will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) before a single arbitrator using the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules and, if applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules.
19.2 This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16.
19.3 Prior to initiating arbitration, parties must engage in the informal dispute resolution process: send a Notice to support@momcozy.com containing name, contact info, description of dispute, and relief sought; within 60 days of receipt, parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute via live teleconference or videoconference. Tolling of statute of limitations and arbitration filing deadlines applies from the date a complete Notice is received until the dispute resolution conference is held.
19.4 If Sponsor makes a written offer to resolve the dispute providing all relief sought and the claimant continues arbitration unreasonably, an arbitrator may award arbitration fees against the claimant.
19.5 If arbitration is filed, the Demand must include name/contact info, legal claims, factual basis, and relief sought. The arbitration shall be held in the Denver metropolitan area. The arbitrator will apply Illinois law consistent with the FAA except where doing so would violate applicable law. Arbitration will not be on a class or representative basis; claims of multiple persons may not be consolidated. Parties empower the arbitrator to resolve arbitrability issues. If more than 1,000 substantially similar arbitration demands are filed and no substantive ruling exists, either party may opt out of arbitration and proceed in state or federal court in Colorado. If subparts regarding class action waiver are invalidated, the arbitration provision may be nullified and disputes litigated in Colorado courts. Official Rules Availability
20.1 The Official Rules will be available at https://community.momcozy.com/ (designated Official Rules page) until September 1, 2026. To obtain a copy, go to the site to review or download by September 1, 2026.
Winners List
21.1 A list of Official Winners of prizes with values that exceed twenty-five dollars will be posted for review and/or download at the designated winners URL on https://community.momcozy.com/ within thirty (30) days after completion of the Promotion and will remain available for at least six (6) months thereafter.
Sponsor; Prize Entities
22.1 Sponsor: Root Technology, Ltd., a Colorado corporation.
22.2 Other than Sponsor, none of the Prize Entities is a sponsor or co-sponsor of the Games. References to third-party trademarks/names are for identification only and are not endorsements.
Additional Promotion-Specific Disclaimers & Notices
23.1 All participation must follow Eastern Daylight Time (EDT/UTC-4). Participation outside the valid activity period may result in rewards not being issued.

23.3 Participants represent and warrant that all submitted content (including text, images, audio, video, and designs) is original or has been lawfully authorized. If any submitted content includes identifiable individuals, participants must obtain prior written consent from such individuals. Participants shall indemnify and hold Momcozy harmless from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from a breach of the foregoing representations and warranties. Momcozy may, in accordance with applicable law, take reasonable measures to address any received notice of alleged infringement. Participants shall bear full responsibility for any copyright, portrait, or other intellectual property disputes resulting from a breach of these representations and warranties.
23.4 Momcozy reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the event and rewards within legal limits and retains final interpretation rights.
23.5 Server logs, timestamps, and interaction metrics recorded by the Momcozy platform (Website) or https://momcozy.com/ are the official records for timing and tie-breaking.
23.6 Limitation on Wipe Packs: Each participant may receive a maximum of two (2) packs of wipes during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of how many weekly topics they participate in. Once a participant has received two packs, they are not eligible for further wipe rewards in this Promotion.
23.7 No Cash Value: Wipe packs are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or sold.
23.8 FTC Compliance Reminder: By posting a trial review, you acknowledge that you are required by law to disclose your material connection to Momcozy. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and potential legal liability.
