(the “Official Rules”)
1. Special Notice
1.1 AIGC Prohibition.
To ensure the fairest possible environment, this event does not accept any AIGC (AIGenerated Content) or participation using any AI tools. The organizer reserves the right to use any AIGC detection tools or methods to determine content validity, whether implemented by machine or human review. We will not disclose specific details of these detection methods and reserve the final decision authority. Once content is determined to be AIGC or AI tool usage is suspected, the participant will automatically forfeit their eligibility to participate and receive awards. Any forfeited rewards will be passed sequentially to the next genuine participant. If you cannot accept this rule, please do not participate in this event.
1.2 No Purchase Necessary & Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE).
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1.3 Binding Agreement.
By participating, you (and, if applicable, your parent or legal guardian) agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
2. Sponsor
2.1 Root Technology, Ltd., a Colorado corporation (“Sponsor”).
3. Promotion Overview / Game Period
3.1 Promotion Period.
Promotion begins April 20, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM EDT (UTC‑4) and ends May 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EDT (UTC‑4) (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Official TimeKeeping Device.
Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.
4. Eligibility & Inclusivity
4.1 Who Is Eligible & Inclusivity Statement.
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of participation and who have a registered Momcozy Account on https://momcozy.com/. Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements may be disqualified at any stage of the promotion.
Inclusivity Statement: Momcozy welcomes all caregivers. Whether you are a mother, father, adoptive parent, or guardian, your parenting journey and experiences are valued and respected.
4.2 Who Is Not Eligible.
Employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor or Prize Entities, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or persons living in the same household, or any person involved in development/production of this Promotion, are not eligible. If an individual was an employee of Sponsor as of April 20, 2026, that individual will not be eligible to participate, regardless of current employment status.
4.3 To Be Eligible To Win.
Winning any prize requires that the potential winner is, and remains, in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines is not permitted by law to receive a prize.
5. Momcozy Website Account and Registration Required
5.1 To participate and claim any prizes, eligible Participants must: (A) register for a Momcozy Account at https://momcozy.com/ (the “Website Account”); and (B) register for the Promotion via the designated activity page on https://momcozy.com/.
5.2 Register for the Website Account: Use a valid email address to register; this email will be used for the Promotion. Once registered, your email cannot be changed except for cash prize redemptions (if applicable). A record of tasks and posts will be maintained in your Website Account.
5.3 If the Promotion requires linking or additional profile fields, follow onsite prompts on https://momcozy.com/ to complete registration.
6. How to Enter & Participate — Activity Timeline & Topics
6.1 Overview.
Promotion consists of three distinct phases focused on maternal support and community interaction. Participants must post within the designated activity page on https://momcozy.com/ per instructions. Posts made outside the designated website activity page will be ineligible.
6.2 Activity Schedule (all times Eastern Daylight Time – EDT / UTC‑4)
6.2.1 Phase 1 (Apr 20 – May 3, 2026) — Topic: OneWishADay (Wish Wall): Break the “perfect mother” narrative. Participants post a onesentence “wish” expressing their real daily needs, pressures, or desires to be “seen.”
6.2.2 Phase 2 (May 4 – May 16, 2026) — Topic: #MotherhoodSupportMatters: Transform wishes into action. Participants post: “This week, I need help with ____” and invite a partner, family member, or friend to respond in the comments with “I’ve got this” or “I can take this one tonight” to form a support loop.
6.2.3 Phase 3 (May 17 – May 24, 2026) — Topic: #SharingTheLoad: Support doesn’t end on Mother’s Day. Participants post about how the load is shared through reallife assistance and ongoing support moments.
6.3 How to Participate (per post):
6.3.1 Use the designated posting form or link on the https://momcozy.com/ Community/Activity page.
6.3.2 Include the applicable phase hashtag and the required sentence/interaction loop for Phase 2.
6.3.3 Include at least one image and meet any file/size/type requirements posted on the website.
6.3.4 Each post must contain a minimum of twenty (20) English words to be considered eligible for milestone rewards and ranking. Posts with fewer than 20 words may be displayed but will not count toward cumulative post requirements or ranking.
6.3.5 Content should reflect real experiences; natural integration of Momcozy products is allowed.
6.3.6 Multiple eligible posts per participant are allowed and encouraged for reward milestone progression.
6.3.7 “Complete Phase X” is defined as submitting at least one eligible post via the designated website page during that timeframe that remains compliant and not removed.
7. Content Moderation & Fair Participation Policy
7.1 Content Moderation & Platform Rights.
Momcozy (Sponsor) reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content that includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, or harmful language; infringing, illegal, or misleading content; spam, advertising, or inappropriate material; nudity or indecent material (Note: Breastfeeding/pumping images are permitted if they comply with Momcozy’s general community standards and are appropriate for a general audience); copyrighted materials owned by others without permission. Momcozy is not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of usergenerated content.
7.2 Fair Participation & AntiCheating Policy.
This promotion is intended to encourage fair and authentic participation. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
(a) Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems;
(b) Use of VPNs or proxy servers to manipulate location or create false identities;
(c) Creating multiple accounts (“sock puppets”) to gain an unfair advantage;
(d) Purchasing likes, engaging in vote exchanges, or coordinated manipulation.
Momcozy reserves the right to monitor activity using technical methods such as IP tracking and device identification. If suspicious behavior is detected (e.g., unusual vote spikes from a single IP address), Momcozy may, in its sole discretion: void all votes for that participant, remove the offending post(s), disqualify the participant from the current and all future phases of the promotion, and revoke any previously awarded prizes. Participants may submit an appeal within seventytwo (72) hours via community@momcozy.com. Momcozy reserves final decision rights.
7.3 ThirdParty Rights.
If identifiable individuals appear in submitted content, the participant must obtain written consent prior to submission. Any copyright, portrait rights, or IP disputes are the participant’s sole responsibility.
8. No Unauthorized Transfer of Game Materials
8.1 Any transfer, whether by way of sale, loan, gift, handover or any other manner whatsoever, of any Game Materials, including completion evidence of site tasks, Energy, or access to a Momcozy Website Account, by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited.
9. Browser/Device Requirements; Deleting An Account
9.1 Browser/Device Requirements.
To participate, use a compatible desktop or mobile browser as specified on https://momcozy.com/ (recommended modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox; ensure JavaScript and cookies enabled). Website may specify minimum screen resolution or supported mobile browsers.
9.2 Deleted Accounts.
Your Momcozy Website Account is your identifier for the Promotion. If you delete your Website Account during the Promotion, you will lose all access to your account, including Promotion activity, any earned CozyCoins, any awarded but unredeemed prizes, and such items cannot be recovered.
10. Game Prizes/Odds of Winning/ARVs
10.1 Points/Virtual Prizes.
Participants may earn CozyCoins per Topic completion (see Rule 11). Virtual Prizes will be credited to Website Accounts subject to verification.
10.2 Engagement Rewards.
Top participants by Likes across all eligible posts on the designated website activity pages will receive gift card prizes (see Rule 11). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and engagement levels. Selection will be based on engagement metrics recorded by Sponsor’s systems as of the end of each Promotion Phase, subject to reasonable fraud detection and data reconciliation procedures. Sponsor’s determination of eligible engagement data is final, provided that such determination is made in accordance with the procedures described herein.
10.3 Note.
Prize counts and odds may change as prizes are claimed or as the Promotion progresses. ARVs quoted are as of April 1, 2026, and may fluctuate.
10.4 Prize Limitation.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that a production, technical, or programming error results in more prize claims than the stated number of prizes available, Sponsor reserves the right to award the stated number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible, non‑suspect prize claims received.
11. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
11.0 CozyCoins Terms.
CozyCoins are promotional rewards issued for participation in this Promotion. CozyCoins have no cash value, are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and expire three(3) months from the date of issuance. CozyCoins are valid only at the Momcozy official online store (momcozy.com). CozyCoins do not constitute legal tender, currency, or any form of stored monetary value, and have no independent monetary value outside of promotional use as determined by Momcozy. Momcozy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the CozyCoins program in the event of fraud, abuse, or operational necessity, to the extent permitted by law and in a manner that does not materially and adversely affect already earned rewards without reasonable justification. Any such modification or discontinuation will be communicated to affected participants via the email address associated with their Momcozy account or through a community announcement.
11.1 NonThreshold Participation Rewards.
Login Reward: 100 CozyCoins for logging into the community during the Promotion Period (onetime only per account).
Eligible Posting Reward: 50 CozyCoins awarded to every participant who submits an eligible post (onetime only per account).
11.2 Phase 1 Bonus (Apr 20 – May 3).
Based on cumulative Likes of all eligible Phase 1 posts:
TOP 1–5: 1,000 CozyCoins each.
TOP 6–10: 500 CozyCoins each.
11.3 Cumulative Milestone Rewards (Tiered Prize Pools).
Rewards are stackable, meaning a participant may win one prize per specific milestone category. Official rewards will be announced periodically as follows:
Milestone 1 (Announced May 7, 2026): From participants with three (3) or more eligible posts. Third Prize: 10 winners will each receive 1,000 CozyCoins, based on total Likes across all eligible posts.
Milestone 2 (Announced May 12, 2026): From participants with five (5) or more eligible posts.
Second Prize: 5 winners will each receive a Momcozy Gift Box (ARV: approx. $33 USD each).
Third Prize: 15 winners will each receive 1,000 CozyCoins.
Selection based on total Likes across all eligible posts.
Milestone 3 (Announced May 16, 2026): From participants with eight (8) or more eligible posts.
First Prize: 5 winners will each receive a $500 USD Gift Card.
Second Prize: 10 winners will each receive a Momcozy Gift Box (ARV: approx. $33 USD each).
Third Prize: 20 winners will each receive 1,000 CozyCoins.
Selection based on total Likes across all eligible posts.
11.4 Final Phase Engagement Rewards (May 17 – May 24).
Based on the highest Likes recorded specifically for the Phase 3 #SharingTheLoad activity posts:
TOP 1–5 “Best Support Moment”: Momcozy Special Gift Box each.
TOP 6–10: $100 USD Gift Card each.
TOP 11–20: 100 CozyCoins each.
11.5 The “Mystery Special Prize” (Judged Selection).
One (1) winner will be selected by Momcozy (Sponsor) from all eligible participants who submitted at least one compliant post between April 20 and May 16, 2026. Participation in the Mystery Special Prize selection is limited to eligible posts submitted through the designated activity page; a public community post is required to be considered.
The Mystery Special Prize consists of a Momcozy Product Surprise Package with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00 USD) . The package contents will be thematically inspired by the winner’s expressed wish but are strictly limited to instock Momcozybranded physical products. Cash, cash equivalents, gift cards, nonMomcozy items, and thirdparty services are expressly excluded. The prize is not intended to literally fulfill the specific wish stated by the winner; it is a product gift package selected at Sponsor’s discretion based on the general theme of the wish.
Selection Criteria: The winner will be determined by Momcozy through an internal comprehensive review, based on a holistic evaluation of the following factors (no single factor is determinative):
(a) Post Quality: Originality, authenticity, and emotional resonance of the content;
(b) Engagement Metrics: Total likes, number of valid comments, and overall interaction rate;
(c) Community Impact: Relevance to the campaign theme and contribution to the community conversation.
Sponsor’s Final Decision: All decisions regarding the selection of the Mystery Special Prize winner are made at the sole and absolute discretion of Momcozy, are final and binding, and not subject to further review, provided that a participant may submit a written inquiry to community@momcozy.com regarding the selection process, and Momcozy will respond within a reasonable time with an explanation of the general basis for the selection without disclosing confidential information about other participants. Momcozy retains full authority to interpret and apply these selection criteria in any manner it deems appropriate.
If any selected product is unavailable, Momcozy reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.
Winner Notification for Mystery Prize: The potential winner will be notified via the email address registered to their Momcozy account and must respond to accept the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt.. Failure to respond within this timeframe will be deemed a forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected based on the same criteria.
11.6 Gift Card Terms.
Gift Cards are issued as promotional rewards, valid only at the Momcozy official website (momcozy.com). Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and no change will be given. Expiration is one (1) months from issuance unless otherwise required by applicable state law.
12. Prize Claim Process
12.1 Virtual Prizes (CozyCoins).
CozyCoins will be credited to Website Accounts within seven (7) days after validation, subject to these Official Rules.
12.2 Physical Prizes/Gift Cards.
If awarded a physical prize or gift card, the winner must provide shipping address/contact information if requested within seven (7) days of notification (except the Mystery Prize, which requires a 72hour response). Failure to provide timely, valid info will be deemed a waiver and forfeiture. All physical prizes/gift cards will be delivered within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.
12.3 Forfeiture.
If a prize is forfeited due to the user’s actions, the prize will not be awarded and the potential winner will have no claim against the Game Entities.
12.4 Eligibility Requirement for Claiming a Prize.
Winners must be the age of majority in their state of residence.
12.5 Prize Notification and Verification.
A participant is a potential winner only when Sponsor sends an official prize notification email to the email registered on https://momcozy.com/ and the participant is verified as eligible. Any onscreen indications alone do not constitute a valid prize win.
13. Prize Conditions & Tax Disclaimer
13.1 Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
13.2 Tax Disclaimer. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
13.3 Prize Substitution. Sponsor may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. No prize may be sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or transferred except at Sponsor’s discretion.
14. Verification & TieBreaker
14.1 All prize claims and documents are subject to verification by Sponsor. Prize claims obtained through illegitimate channels will be rejected.
14.2 The decisions of the Sponsor are final and conclusive regarding the validity of prize claims.
14.3 TieBreaker Procedure.
In the event of a tie in total Likes for any ranked prize, the winner will be determined by the highest number of valid, nonspam comments on the tied posts. If a tie persists after comparing comments, Sponsor will select the winner based on originality, authenticity, and relevance to the campaign theme, and such decision shall be final.
14.4 Identity Disputes.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at Website Account creation. Sponsor may require proof of authorized account holder status.
15. UserGenerated Content (UGC) License
15.1 Grant of License.
By participating in this campaign, you grant Momcozy and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your submitted content (including text, images, videos, and username) across any media channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, and digital advertising, for promotional purposes related to this campaign and the Momcozy brand, without additional notice or compensation. This license is perpetual in duration but may be terminated by you upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to community@momcozy.com with respect to any future use of your content, provided that Momcozy may retain and continue to use any content already incorporated into materials or campaigns prior to receipt of such notice. For content depicting minors, additional parental/guardian consent is required, and such license shall be revocable by the parent/guardian at any time upon written notice.
15.2 Representations and Warranties.
You represent and warrant that:
(A) You are the sole owner of the content;
(B) You have obtained all necessary permissions from any third parties appearing in the content (including written parental/guardian consent for any minors depicted);
(C) Your content does not include sensitive personal information (e.g., home address, government ID numbers).
15.3 Promotional Use.
Content may be used for promotional purposes and may appear in advertising, including paid media. If used in advertising, Sponsor may comply with applicable FTC disclosure requirements.
16. Liability Disclaimer and General Release
16.1 Liability Disclaimer.
Momcozy is not responsible for: (a) technical failures, network issues, or lost/delayed entries; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
16.2 Assumption of Risk.
Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, and misdirection of prize claim documents and are advised to obtain insurance where appropriate.
16.3 Ownership of Entries.
Entries and prize claim documents become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
16.4 Publicity Release.
By submitting a potential prize claim, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, voice, likeness, city/state and any statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation (where permitted by law).
17. Disclaimer Of Warranties
17.1 Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
17.2 Local Mandatory Law Exception.
These Official Rules are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any provision is inconsistent with mandatory local laws applicable to a Participant, such mandatory laws will supersede for that Participant only.
18. Miscellaneous
18.1 Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify any potential winner who is found ineligible or noncompliant.
18.2 Force Majeure / Modification Rights.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Momcozy which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Momcozy reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor will endeavor to notify participants via community announcement.
18.3 Invalidity. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Official Rules cannot be modified except in writing by Sponsor.
18.4 Governing Law. Governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law rules.
18.5 Language Discrepancy. The English version shall prevail.
18.6 Privacy. Handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://momcozy.com/privacy.
19. Arbitration
19.1 Any claim or dispute related to the Games will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) before a single arbitrator using the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be held in Denver, Colorado. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought in an individual capacity; no class or representative actions are permitted.
19.2 Prior to initiating arbitration, parties must engage in the informal dispute resolution process: send a Notice to support@momcozy.com containing name, contact info, description of dispute, and relief sought. Within sixty (60) days of receipt, parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute via teleconference or videoconference.
20. Official Rules Availability & Winners List
20.1 The Official Rules will be available at https://momcozy.com/ (designated Official Rules page) until September 1, 2026.
20.2 A list of Official Winners of prizes with values that exceed twentyfive dollars ($25) will be posted on https://momcozy.com/ within thirty (30) days after completion of the Promotion and will remain available for at least six (6) months.
21. Sponsor; Prize Entities
21.1 Sponsor: Root Technology, Ltd., a Colorado corporation.
21.2 Other than Sponsor, none of the Prize Entities is a sponsor or cosponsor of the Games.
22. Additional PromotionSpecific Disclaimers & Notices
22.1 Ranking & Timing Rules.
All engagement metrics (e.g., Likes) will be recorded based on Momcozy’s system data as of 11:59:59 PM EDT (UTC‑4) on the final day of each respective phase. Late interactions will not be counted.
22.2 Winner Announcement Format.
Winners will be announced using participants’ registered website email addresses in an anonymized format (e.g., abc**@gmail.com). Reward notifications will be sent to registered email addresses; participants should monitor their inboxes (including spam).
22.3 Content Originality & Indemnity.
Participants represent and warrant that all submitted content is original or lawfully authorized. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Momcozy harmless from any thirdparty claims arising from a breach of this warranty.
22.4 Sponsor’s Interpretive Authority.
Sponsor shall have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret these Official Rules and to make all decisions relating to the administration of the Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and prize awards. All such interpretations and decisions are final and binding.

23.2 Effective Date. These Official Rules are effective as of April 20, 2026.
