MOMCOZY is dedicated to providing a warm, supportive, and inspiring space for moms around the world to share parenting experiences, exchange life insights, seek advice, and build genuine connections. We believe that every mom is unique, and that collective wisdom and support can make the parenting journey more relaxed and wonderful.
In order to maintain a safe, respectful and positive community environment, we have developed the following community guidelines. By using the MOMCOZY website (https://momcozy.com/) and all its related services (collectively, the “platform”), you agree to abide by these guidelines. Be sure to read carefully.
Our core values
Our community is built on the following core values:
1. Respect and empathy: Every mom has her own parenting journey and choices. We encourage mutual understanding, respect for differences, and avoid judging, attacking, or belittling others.
2 Safety and Support: Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We are committed to creating a community free from harassment, threats, and harmful content.
3. Authenticity and Sharing: We encourage you to share genuine experiences and insights, but make sure the content is accurate, legal, and respects the privacy of others.
4. Positive and Inspiring: Work together to create a positive, inspiring and encouraging atmosphere of communication.
1. The Content You post (User-Generated Content UGC)
Everything you post, upload, share or otherwise provide on the MOMCOZY platform (including but not limited to text, images, videos, links, comments, etc.) is collectively referred to as “user-generated content” or “UGC”. You are fully responsible for your UGC.
1.1 Absolutely prohibited content
The following content is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, we will remove it immediately and may terminate your account and report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities if necessary:
Child sexual abuse Materials (CSAM) Work with law enforcement: Any material involving child sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or suspected child sexual content (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery, MOMCOZY will immediately remove the relevant content and report it to law enforcement agencies and relevant institutions such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law. We reserve the right to retain and transfer relevant evidence (including logs and metadata) as necessary to cooperate with law enforcement or legal proceedings.
Illegal activities: Promoting, encouraging, inciting or participating in any illegal activities, including illegal drug trafficking, arms trafficking, fraud, terrorism, etc.
Serious threats and violence: It is prohibited to incite, glorify, or threaten personal injury, self-harm, or violent acts. For content involving terrorism, serious threats, or potentially causing significant harm, the platform may take immediate emergency measures and retain relevant evidence to cooperate with law enforcement.
1.2 Strictly prohibited or restricted content
The following content is strictly prohibited or restricted in certain circumstances:
Hate speech and discrimination: Prohibition of offensive, discriminatory, incitement to hate, or derogatory speech based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
Harassment and bullying: Prohibition of malicious harassment, threats, intimidation, cyberviolence against individuals or groups, including repeated Posting of offensive information, Doxing, or attempts to expose other people’s private information.
Pornography and overly explicit content: This platform is designed to provide a space for moms to communicate about parenting, and therefore prohibits the Posting of any nudity, pornography, sexual innuendo, or inappropriate content for the general audience.
False information and misleading content:
Health and safety misguidance: Prohibit the publication of false or misleading medical, parenting, or health information that may pose a significant risk to the health and safety of children or adults.
Other material misguidance: Any false information that is intentionally disseminated and intended to deceive or mislead others.
Invasion of privacy: It is prohibited to share or publish another person’s private identity information (such as address, phone number, email address, medical records, etc.) without the individual’s explicit consent. Special reminder: Do not share any private information or photos that can identify a child without the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Impersonation: Impersonation of others, entities, or MOMCOZY employees or representatives is prohibited.
Spam, sales pitches and scams: Do not post repetitive, irrelevant or unsolicited content, including spam, commercial ads, chain letters, pyramid schemes, scams. Occasional product recommendations or experience sharing are acceptable within a reasonable range, but actions aimed at promoting your commercial products or services should comply with our advertising policy (if any).
1.3 Intellectual Property and DMCA Policy
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or dissemination of copyrighted materials is prohibited.
Prohibition of unauthorized use of another person’s trademark that causes confusion among consumers.
DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification and Removal Policy
MOMCOZY complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are the copyright owner and believe that your work has been infringed, please notify us following the procedures below.

(A) Procedure for submitting a copyright infringement notice (" Delisting notice ") :
The notice must include:
1. Identification of copyrighted works.
2. Identification of infringing materials and their specific location (URL).
3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
4. Good Faith Belief Statement: You declare that you are convinced that the use was unauthorized.
5. Accuracy statement: The notice is accurate and you are entitled to represent the copyright owner (subject to perjury penalties).
6 Physical or electronic signature.
(B) MOMCOZY 's response to delisting notice:
Upon receiving a valid notification, we will remove or disable the content and notify the user. For repeat infringers, we will terminate their accounts.
(C) Procedure for submitting counter-notice (" reinstatement notice ") :
If you believe the content has been mistakenly deleted, you may submit a counter-notice which should include:
1. Identification of the removed material and its original location.
2. Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that you are convinced that you have been removed due to error or misidentification (punished for perjury).
3. Your contact information.
4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement indicating that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal district court located in the judicial district where your address is located (or any judicial district where MOMCOZY may be found if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service from the person who provided the original delisting notice or his agent.
5 Physical or electronic signature.
(D) MOMCOZY 's response to counter-notices:
We will forward the counter-notice to the complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us within 1014 business days that a lawsuit has been filed, we will restore the content.
2. User Behavior and Account Management
2.1 Age Restrictions and COPPA compliance
Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to register and use the MOMCOZY platform.
COPPA compliance: MOMCOZY does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we find personal information on the platform that is suspected to be from a child under the age of 13, we will take immediate action to remove it. If you suspect that we have personal information about your child, please contact us at support@momcozy.com.
Further verification: For features that require further protection, the platform may ask users to confirm their age or provide parental/guardian authorization. If a minor is found to be using the account in violation of the rules, we will suspend or terminate the account.
2.2 Account Responsibility and Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Please keep your login information safe and do not share it with others.
2.3 Etiquette and Technical Norms
Civilized communication: Please be polite and respectful, and avoid personal attacks or incitement to conflict.
Technical abuse: No uploading of viruses or malware, no unauthorized access to the system, no use of automated scripts (bots) to manipulate platform data.
3. Privacy Protection and data retention
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, store and share your information. The community guide complements the privacy policy.
Data retention and enforcement Disclosure:
We may retain, store and disclose your user information, messages, logs and metadata to law enforcement agencies or other third parties as required by law or to protect the security of the platform and users (such as upon receipt of a subpoena, court order or urgent law enforcement request).
Iv. Reporting, Enforcement and Complaints
4.1 Report violations
If you discover any content or behavior that violates this community guideline, please report it immediately by clicking the report button or by sending an email to support@momcozy.com.
4.2 Violation handling and emergency measures
MOMCOZY adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards any violation of the community guidelines. The platform may use automated tools for screening and, if necessary, manual review. Once a violation is confirmed, we may take the following measures:
Remove the content of the violation.
Issue a warning to the offending user.
Temporarily or permanently restrict/terminate user accounts.
Report to law enforcement.
MOMCOZY reserves the right to remove, block or restrict access to any UGC as it deems necessary based on this guideline or applicable law without prior notice.
4.3 Appeal and Review process
If you believe your content has been mistakenly deleted or your account has been wrongly processed, you may file a complaint with support@momcozy.com within 30 days of receiving notice, stating the case number, description of the deleted content and supporting evidence.
We will do our best to give an initial response within 14 business days of receiving the complaint and complete a review within 30 days (except in special circumstances). The results of the review will be informed by email.
V. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
5.1 Platform Roles (Section 230)
MOMCOZY is an online platform that primarily acts as an intermediary and distributor of user content. Under Section 230 of the Communications Norms Act, we do not assume responsibility as a publisher or speaker for content posted by third-party users.
5.2 Disclaimer for Medical, legal and Professional advice
The platform allows users to share their personal parenting experiences, but nothing about medical, health, medication or legal matters shall substitute for professional advice. MOMCOZY is not responsible for professional advice provided in the UGC; For diagnosis or professional advice, consult a qualified professional.
5.3 Limitation of Liability and Upper limit of compensation
Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, MOMCOZY shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or UGC.
Under no circumstances will MOMCOZY 'total liability to you exceed the total amount of fees (if any) you have paid to MOMCOZY for using the platform services within the twelve (12) months prior to making the claim.
5.4 User Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOMCOZY, its officers, employees or partners from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) suffered by Momcozy, its officers, employees or partners as a result of your Posting of UGC or your violation of this Guide, Terms of Service or applicable law.
5.5 Accessibility
MOMCOZY is committed to providing accessibility services. If you encounter accessibility issues while using the platform, please report to support@momcozy.com and we will assess and assist you to the extent that is reasonable.
Vi. Dispute Resolution, Compulsory arbitration and class action exemptions
Read this section carefully as it affects your legal rights, including the right to bring proceedings in court.
6.1 Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (Hong Kong), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
6.2 Dispute Resolution and compulsory arbitration
In the event of any dispute, dispute, difference or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination of this Agreement, or any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (collectively, the “dispute”), both parties shall first attempt to resolve it by written notice and 30 days of friendly consultation.
In the event that consultation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Institutional Arbitration Rules in force at the time of submission of the arbitration notice.
The arbitration seat shall be in Hong Kong.
Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
There shall be one arbitrator.
An arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
6.3 Class Action Waiver
You and MOMCOZY agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only in your personal capacity and shall not be conducted as a class action, joint action or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Arbitrators have no right to consolidate claims from more than one person, nor to preside over any form of representative litigation or class action proceedings. Unless there is a written agreement between you and MOMCOZY, an arbitrator may not consolidate requests from more than one person.
7. General Terms
Modifications and Notifications: MOMCOZY may modify this community guide at any time and modifications will be posted on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by in-site notice or email 10 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revisions.
Severability: If any provision in this guide is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be restricted or removed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Priority: In the event of any inconsistency between this community Guide and MOMCOZY 's other Terms such as the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service shall prevail.
