Been trying to see if this is worth getting. This another item where it’s mixed reviews on whether other mommies think it’s worth it or not. FTM here so I honestly just want everything lol. Especially while it’s on sale. momcozyteamparents

I do not have this one, I have am older diaper genie and it is nice to not have to smell dirty diapers I just change it often. I was reading on this one the other day and it sounded really nice.

Yeah because if it’s middle of the night or even day and just throwing them in the trash. I’m sure the smell will eventually linger. I would imagine. And nice to have only diapers in a separate trash.

It is nice not to open the regular trash and smell dirty diapers. I just change my diaper pail bag often and haven’t had any issues with the smell. I also saw where you could put a car tree air freshener at the bottom and it helps with smell

Get a diaper palette trust me you will thank yourself later and I have this one and really love it

I get my youngest niece and nephew every summer since they were lil but never had to worry about all this stuff because it’ll just be a month or two. It’s literally FTM for me on everything even though I’ve dealt with babies/kids for the longest lol. Nothing like your own and wanting everything for them.

I use a diaper pail. My advice would be to keep some plastic grocery bags nearby for poopy diapers so you can take them to the regular trash can. I spent $80 on the Ubbi one that claimed to be smell resistant. I had to bleach it because of the poop smell. So now I only put pee diapers in there and poopy ones go to the trash bin outside as soon as I’m able to take it out.
