MOMCOZY COMMUNITY: MOM-TO-MOM STORY RELAY — Official Rules(the “Official Rules”)
1. Special Notice
1.1 AIGC Prohibition.
To ensure the fairest possible environment, this event does not accept any AIGC (AI-Generated Content) or participation using any AI tools. Sponsor may determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether submitted content lacks sufficient human originality. The organizer reserves the right to use any AIGC detection tools or methods to determine content validity, whether implemented by machine or human review. We will not disclose specific details of these detection methods and reserve the final decision authority. Once content is determined to be AIGC or AI tool usage is suspected, the participant will automatically forfeit their eligibility to participate and receive awards. Any forfeited rewards will be passed sequentially to the next genuine participant. If you cannot accept this rule, please do not participate in this event.
1.2 No Purchase Necessary.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. This promotion is a skill-based selection process, not a random drawing.
1.3 Binding Agreement.
By participating, you (and, if applicable, your parent or legal guardian) agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
2. Sponsor
2.1 Root Technology, Ltd., a Colorado corporation (“Sponsor”).
3. Promotion Overview and Period
3.1 Promotion Period.
The “Mom-to-Mom Story Relay” promotion begins July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (UTC−4) and ends July 26, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EDT (UTC−4) (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of three distinct stages as described in Section 6.
3.2 Official Time-Keeping Device.
Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device. All times referenced in these Official Rules are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (UTC−4) unless otherwise stated.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Who Is Eligible.
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of participation, and who have a valid Momcozy Account as described in Section 5. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.
4.2 Who Is Not Eligible.
Employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor or any entities providing prizes (the “Prize Entities”), their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household, as well as any person involved in the development or production of this Promotion, are not eligible to participate or win.
4.3 To Be Eligible To Win.
Winning any prize requires that the potential winner is, and remains, in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines is not permitted by law to receive a prize.
5. Momcozy Account and Registration Required
5.1 To participate and claim any prizes, eligible participants must have a valid Momcozy Account at https://momcozy.com/ (the “Website”). Each participant may use only one Momcozy Account throughout the Promotion. For new members, registration must be completed via a unique Invite link shared by an existing community member. Existing members may participate directly by posting in the community.
5.2 For new members who register through an Invite link, the referring inviter will be attributed based on the first valid Invite Link used at the time of account creation. Attribution is locked upon account creation and cannot be modified. This referral relationship is used solely for reward tallying as described in these Official Rules.
6. How to Enter & Participate — Three Stages
6.1 Overview. The Promotion consists of three story-sharing stages. Participants must post original content in the Momcozy Community (https://community.momcozy.com/) according to the instructions for each stage. Posts made outside the designated community platform or outside the applicable stage time window will be ineligible.
6.2 Schedule, Themes, and Hashtags (all times EDT):
Stage 1: Me — July 1 (12:00 AM) – July 9 (11:59 PM), 2026
Theme: Share one small thing that still helps you feel like yourself after becoming a mom.
Required Hashtags: MomToMomRelay stillme
Stage 2: Us — July 10 (12:00 AM) – July 16 (11:59 PM), 2026
Theme: Share one thing you wish you had known earlier during pregnancy or motherhood.
Required Hashtags: MomToMomRelay #WhatIWishIKnew
Stage 3: Little Moments — July 17 (12:00 AM) – July 26 (11:59 PM), 2026
Theme: Share one warm, funny, or meaningful little moment with your baby.
Required Hashtags: MomToMomRelay #LittleMoments
6.3 Content Requirements for All Posts:
l Each post must contain a minimum of twenty (20) English words sharing a genuine personal story; copy-pasted or generic AI-generated content is invalid.
l The official main event hashtag (MomToMomRelay) and the corresponding stage hashtag must be included.
l Photos or videos are optional. Participants are not required to post children’s full faces or disclose sensitive private information.
l Content must be original, theme-related, and remain visible throughout reward verification.
6.4 Special Rules for New Members Who Register via Invite Link:
A “Valid New Member” means a first-time Momcozy Community account created during the Promotion Period (July 1 – July 26, 2026) exclusively through a valid Invite Link. Existing accounts, previously registered accounts, duplicate accounts, or reactivated accounts are not considered Valid New Members. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts will result in disqualification.
To be eligible for New Member rewards, the Valid New Member must publish their first valid event post within seven (7) calendar days of registration. That first post must include the hashtag newcozymom in addition to the main and stage hashtags. Example: MomToMomRelay #WhatIWishIKnew newcozymom.
The newcozymom tag is also required on any subsequent retention follow-up post submitted to satisfy the New Member Retention Reward requirements. The tag is used solely for reward verification and will not be permanently attached to the user’s profile.
6.5 New Member Retention Interaction:
To qualify for the Retention Reward, a Valid New Member must, after publishing their valid first post, complete a second meaningful interaction, as determined by Sponsor pursuant to these Rules, on a different calendar date within seven (7) days of the first post’s publish time. Valid interactions include: publishing another compliant event post; or leaving a detailed, thoughtful comment on another member’s story (generic comments such as “Nice” or “Good” do not qualify). Browsing, liking, poll voting, emoji-only replies, and duplicate/spam comments do not count. If the first valid post is published on the last day of Stage 3 (July 26), the second interaction must be completed by August 2, 2026.
7. Content Moderation & Fair Participation Policy
7.1 Prohibited Content. Posts must not contain or promote: (a) hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination, or other harmful or abusive language; (b) illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or misleading content; (c) spam, unsolicited advertising, or other inappropriate commercial content; (d) nudity or sexually explicit material (except breastfeeding or pumping-related content that complies with Momcozy Community Standards); (e) copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected materials without appropriate authorization; or (f) content that discloses sensitive personal information, including but not limited to medical records, government-issued identification, financial information, or personal information of another individual without authorization. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or reject any content that, in its reasonable discretion, violates these Official Rules or applicable Community Standards.
7.2 Fair Participation & Anti-Fraud. The Promotion must be entered fairly and in accordance with these Official Rules. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: using bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial methods to participate; using VPNs, proxy services, or similar technologies for the purpose of circumventing these Official Rules, masking identity, or fraudulently manipulating eligibility or referral attribution; creating or using multiple accounts; purchasing or artificially generating engagement; submitting false information; or engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unfair conduct. Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to investigate suspected violations, require reasonable proof of eligibility or participation, invalidate affected entries or referrals, suspend or withhold rewards pending investigation, disqualify participants, and revoke or recover any rewards awarded where participation is found to violate these Official Rules or involve fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct. Sponsor’s reasonable determination regarding participant eligibility, referral validity, reward entitlement, and fraud detection shall be final, except where prohibited by applicable law.
7.3 Third-Party Rights. By submitting content, participants represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required to submit and share the content, including permission from any identifiable individual appearing in the content (or, where required by applicable law, from such individual’s parent or legal guardian). Participants remain solely responsible for any claims relating to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, portrait, or other third-party rights arising from their submissions. Sponsor reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any content that Sponsor reasonably believes may infringe the rights of any third party or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
7.4 FTC Disclosure Requirement. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and consumer protection laws when sharing an Invite Link or promoting this Promotion. Where required by applicable law, participants who have a material connection to the Promotion, including the opportunity to receive Cozycoins, products, or other incentives, must clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship using **#ad**, **#sponsored**, or another clear and appropriate disclosure for the platform (for example, “I may earn rewards if you join through my link.”). The specific form of disclosure may vary depending on the platform used and the applicable legal requirements.
8. No Unauthorized Transfer of Game Materials
Any transfer, whether by way of sale, loan, gift, handover or any other manner whatsoever, of any Game Materials, including Invite links, account access, or the right to claim a prize, by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited.
9. Technical Requirements; Deleting An Account
9.1 Technical Requirements. To participate, users must access the Momcozy platform via a compatible desktop or mobile browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or incompatibility.
9.2 Deleted Accounts. If you delete your Momcozy Account during the Promotion or before prize fulfillment, you will lose all access to your account, including any pending rewards, earned Cozycoins, and any unredeemed prizes, which cannot be recovered.
10. Promotion Prizes / Odds of Winning / ARVs
This promotion offers three independent reward programs. Participants may qualify for one or more programs if they satisfy all applicable requirements.
10.1 Stage Physical Product Prize (Selection-Based).
l Eligibility: Open to Valid New Members who publish a compliant first post (with newcozymom) during a stage, and their matched inviter.
l Selection: For each stage, one (1) new member and their inviter will be selected based on post quality, originality, authenticity, relevance to the theme, and overall contribution to the community. Community engagement metrics (such as likes, comments, or views) may be considered as one of several evaluation factors, but they do not by themselves determine whether a participant will be selected. The selection is not a random drawing. All selection decisions are final and are not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law. Sponsor may select fewer than the stated number of winners if insufficient eligible or qualifying submissions are received in any stage, or if no submission satisfies the applicable selection criteria.
l Prize: Each selected new member and their matched inviter can each choose one (1) Momcozy physical product with a suggested retail price (SRP) not exceeding $250 USD, based on Momcozy’s then-current SRP at the time of prize selection. Two (2) products are awarded per stage, for a total of six (6) products across all three stages. Total ARV of all physical product prizes: $1,500 USD.
l Limitations: Product selection is subject to inventory availability and regional shipping restrictions. Eligible products are limited to currently available products designated by Momcozy for this promotion. Discontinued or out-of-stock items are excluded. If a selected product becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value. No cash, Cozycoin, or gift card substitutions will be provided except as otherwise stated. If physical delivery is not possible due to shipping or import restrictions, an equivalent value in Cozycoins will be provided as an alternative. Each participant may receive the Stage Physical Product Prize at most once during the entire Promotion. If a selected winner has already received this prize, another eligible participant will be selected in their place. Prizes are non-transferable.
10.2 New Member Retention Reward.
Eligibility: Valid New Members who successfully complete the second meaningful interaction within the 7-day period described in Section 6.5.
Reward: Each eligible participant will receive:
l 100 Cozycoins (issued once per eligible participant during the Promotion Period);
l Unlock Inviter Privileges: Subject to platform availability, the right to generate and share a personal Invite Link for any remaining stage(s) during the Promotion Period, if applicable; and
l Cozycoin Pool Eligibility: Eligibility to participate in the next stage’s Inviter Cozycoin Pool (described in Section 10.3), provided they successfully activate at least one Valid New Member in accordance with these Rules.
10.3 Inviter Cozycoin Pool Reward.
Eligibility: Open to any participant (whether an existing member or a new member who has unlocked inviter privileges pursuant to Section 10.2) who successfully activates one (1) or more Valid New Members during the Promotion Period.
Valid Activation Definition: A referral counts as one (1) Valid Activation only if the referred new member: (a) registers exclusively through the inviter’s unique Invite Link; (b) publishes a compliant first event post, including all required hashtags (including **newcozymom**), within seven (7) calendar days of registration; and (c) otherwise satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements under these Official Rules. Link clicks, incomplete registrations, duplicate accounts, invalid submissions, or disqualified participants do not constitute Valid Activations. Each Valid New Member may be attributed to only one (1) inviter, and referral attribution is determined in accordance with Section 5.2.
Pool Mechanics: The total Cozycoin Pool available for distribution is determined by the aggregate number of Valid Activations recorded during the Promotion Period:

The maximum pool is 25,000 Cozycoins. Cozycoins are promotional loyalty points with no cash value. They are valid for ninety (90) days after issuance, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, exchanged for cash, or combined with another participant’s account except as expressly authorized by Sponsor. Cozycoins may be redeemed only at the Momcozy online store in accordance with the then-current Momcozy Cozycoin Terms of Service, applicable redemption rules, and product availability.
Distribution Calculation: Each eligible inviter’s share is calculated as follows:
Your reward = (Your valid activations ÷ Total valid activations from all eligible inviters) × Final unlocked Cozycoin pool.
Fractional Cozycoins will be rounded down to the nearest whole Cozycoin. Sponsor’s calculation, performed in accordance with these Official Rules, shall be final absent manifest error.
Example: If 49 new members are activated across the event, unlocking a 10,000 Cozycoin pool, an inviter who activated 3 new members would receive approximately: 3÷49×10,000=612 Cozycoins (rounded down from 612.24).
10.4 Top Community Contributors Reward (Per Stage)
Eligibility: Open to all participants who publish compliant posts during each stage of the Promotion Period. Posts will be evaluated based on content quality, engagement, originality, and the level of helpfulness and support provided to other community members.
Selection: Top contributors are determined at the end of each stage based on a combined assessment of post quality and community engagement. Engagement metrics (including likes, comments, and views) may be considered as supporting indicators but are not solely determinative. Sponsor reserves the right to apply qualitative judgment in order to ensure fairness and alignment with community values. All determinations are final and not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.
Reward Structure: Selected top contributors per stage will receive Cozycoins as follows:
- Rank 1–5 → 500 Cozycoins
- Rank 6–10 → 300 Cozycoins
- Rank 11–20 → 150 Cozycoins
Limitations: Each participant may receive this reward at most once per stage. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Cozycoins will be issued in accordance with Section 10.3 redemption terms and validity rules unless otherwise specified.
Additional Notes: Referral counts accumulate throughout the Promotion Period and do not reset between stages. Final Cozycoin awards are subject to verification and post-event audit. Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to investigate suspected violations of these Official Rules, correct any administrative, mathematical, technical, or system errors affecting Cozycoin awards, and delay, withhold, adjust, cancel, revoke, or recover any Cozycoin awards where fraud, abuse, ineligible participation, calculation error, or any violation of these Official Rules is identified. Sponsor’s reasonable determination regarding Valid Activations, Cozycoin calculations, participant eligibility, and reward entitlement shall be final, except where prohibited by applicable law.
11. Prize Claim Process
11.1 Notification. Selected participants for the Stage Physical Product Prize and eligible inviters for the Cozycoin Pool will be notified via the email address registered to their Momcozy Account and/or community internal messages starting from July 31, 2026. Eligible participants for the Retention Reward will be notified starting from August 3, 2026.
11.2 Claim Period. Prizes requiring confirmation must be claimed within seven (7) calendar days after the notification is sent. Failure to respond within the claim period will constitute a forfeiture of the prize. Rewards not requiring confirmation (such as Cozycoin credits) may be issued automatically.
11.3 Physical Product Delivery. For physical product prizes, winners must provide a valid shipping address within the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec). Products will be shipped within approximately thirty (30) days of verification, unless delayed by customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments. Recipients are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes.
11.4 Canada-Specific Requirement. For Canadian residents selected as winners: before being confirmed as a prize winner, you may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, as required by applicable Canadian law.
11.5 Forfeiture. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the specified period, or if the qualifying post is deleted, hidden, or found to violate Community Guidelines before prize fulfillment, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate participant based on the same selection criteria.
12. Prize Conditions & Tax Disclaimer
12.1 Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
12.2 Tax Disclaimer. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may issue tax documentation required by applicable law. Recipients bear full responsibility for any income tax, sales tax, import duties, and customs fees.
12.3 Prize Substitution. Sponsor may substitute any physical product prize with one of equal or greater value if the selected product is unavailable. No prize may be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or transferred except at Sponsor’s discretion.
13. Verification & Tie-Breaker
13.1 All prize claims and documents are subject to verification by Sponsor. Prize claims obtained through illegitimate channels will be rejected.
13.2 In the event of a tie or close similarity in evaluation for the Stage Physical Product Prize, Sponsor will re-assess based on the criteria of originality and emotional authenticity, and its decision shall be final.
13.3 In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at account creation. Sponsor may require proof of authorized account holder status.
14. User-Generated Content (UGC) License
14.1 Grant of License. By participating, you grant Momcozy and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and reproduce your submitted content on the Momcozy community platform and related promotional channels, solely for the duration reasonably necessary to administer and publicize the Promotion. This license does not grant Momcozy automatic commercial rights to use your content for advertising, product pages, or EDM without your separate explicit consent.
14.2 Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your content and have obtained all necessary permissions from any identifiable individuals, including parental/legal guardian consent for any minors depicted. You agree to indemnify and hold Momcozy harmless from any claims arising from a breach of this warranty.
15. Liability Disclaimer and General Release
15.1 Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) technical failures, network issues, or lost/delayed entries; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of any prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.
15.2 Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, and misdirection of prize claim documents and are advised to obtain insurance where appropriate.
15.3 By participating, each participant releases Sponsor and Prize Entities from any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.
16. Disclaimer Of Warranties
16.1 Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. (Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties.)
16.2 Local Mandatory Law Exception. These Official Rules are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any provision is inconsistent with mandatory local laws applicable to a Participant, such mandatory laws will supersede for that Participant only.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify any participant who is found to be ineligible, noncompliant, or who attempts to tamper with the promotion. Automated or robotic entries are prohibited.
17.2 Force Majeure / Modification Rights. If the Promotion cannot be run as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Participants who have already completed qualifying actions before any modification will not be disadvantaged by the change, to the extent reasonably practicable. Rule changes will be posted as official community announcements.
17.3 Invalidity. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Official Rules remains in effect.
17.4 Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law rules.
17.5 Language Discrepancy. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.
17.6 Privacy. Participants’ contact information collected by Sponsor will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://momcozy.com/privacy.
18. Arbitration
18.1 Except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, by participating, each participant agrees that any claim or dispute related to the Promotion will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) before a single arbitrator using the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules and, if applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
18.2 Prior to initiating arbitration, parties must engage in an informal dispute resolution process: send a Notice to support@momcozy.com containing name, contact info, description of dispute, and relief sought. Within sixty (60) days of receipt, parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute via teleconference or videoconference.
18.3 Class Action Waiver. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity; no class or representative actions are permitted. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims. If a court determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
19. Official Rules Availability & Winners List
19.1 The Official Rules will be available at June 1,2026 ,until September 30, 2026.
19.2 A list of Official Winners of prizes will be posted on the community site within thirty (30) days after completion of the Promotion and will remain available for at least six (6) months, where required by applicable law.
20. Sponsor; Prize Entities
20.1 Sponsor: Root Technology, Ltd., a Colorado corporation. Other than Sponsor, none of the Prize Entities is a sponsor or co-sponsor of the Promotion.
21. Additional Promotion-Specific Disclaimers & Notices
All stories shared in this event reflect personal experiences only and do not constitute medical advice. No medical diagnosis or treatment is provided through this Promotion. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for pregnancy, postpartum, or feeding-related concerns. Participation in this Promotion does not create any healthcare provider-patient relationship with Momcozy or any featured expert.
Participants are advised not to post medical records, government-issued identification, financial information, or other sensitive personal data.
Publishing an event post alone does not guarantee eligibility for any reward. Eligibility depends on satisfying the applicable requirements for the relevant reward program.
The Stage 3 New Mom Check-In poll is a light community engagement activity only; poll votes alone do not satisfy the second meaningful interaction requirement for retention rewards.
If a prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified.
Sponsor’s interpretation of these Official Rules and all decisions related to the Promotion are final and binding.
