Whenever I was trying to do the breast-feeding positions, my favorite one was the football because it seemed the easiest.

These are all great positions! Another good one when they are old enough to sit up on their own is to sit them in your lap facing you and have them nurse in that sitting position. It’s a good one to use when you are in public and have to nurse without a nursing cover. I nursed my daughter like this once at the hairdresser waiting my turn, and I was having conversations with people and everything. Then one girl asked if the girl on my lap was my daughter! I was like yeah I’m nursing her right now! 
I struggled so much with the football hold. We can’t seem to get comfortable
