Motherhood

One thing that really helped me prepare for motherhood was learning to keep things simple and not try to be perfect :white_heart: I focused on setting up a basic routine, getting essentials ready, and educating myself on feeding and newborn care.

If I could give advice to a first-time mom, it would be to trust yourself you learn your baby day by day. I also wish I had known that it’s okay to ask for help and take things one moment at a time. Motherhood is a learning journey, and you grow with your baby :yellow_heart: PrepareForMotherhood

Definitely a growth curve!

I have definitely learned to slow down during my motherhood journey. It takes some time to learn your baby’s preferences. There’s so much guesswork until your baby can tell you what they want/need. And there’s nothing like a mother’s intuition!
