Using the Momcozy M5 has taught me a few simple things that make pumping more comfortable and effective.
First, choose the correct silicone flange insert for your nipple size. The right size can reduce discomfort and help create a better seal.
Second, don’t start with the highest suction level. I begin with a gentle setting to encourage let-down, then slowly increase it to a comfortable level.
A warm compress for 3–5 minutes before pumping also helps my milk flow more easily.
I also check the duckbill valve regularly, because a loose or worn valve can reduce suction.
Lastly, I make sure all pump parts are clean, fully dry, and assembled correctly before each session.
My biggest tip is: comfort and correct fit matter more than using the strongest suction.
