Sore nipples, breast compression, M6?

Hi moms! :yellow_heart:

I wanted to share a little about my breastfeeding and pumping journey and see if anyone has had a similar experience.

I’ve learned that my body responds much better to gentle stimulation for letdowns. My breasts are very sensitive, and surprisingly, strong suction levels don’t work well for me. In fact, when the suction is too strong, I often get less milk. I also respond really well to breast compressions while pumping.

After a lot of research and thinking about what works best for my body, I decided to purchase the Momcozy M6. I have high hopes for it and I’m excited to see how it works with my sensitivity and pumping style.

Has anyone else found that lower suction levels and gentle stimulation work better for them? If you’ve used the M6, do you think I made a good choice?

I’d love to hear your experiences and any tips you may have! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I think the m6 should work for you. If compression works for you making sure your bra is tight but not restricting. The flange is hard so that will probably help with that. I use suction level 6. You will just have to play around with it until you find what level gets your best output
