Preparing everything before pumping saves so much time.
Water, snacks, and baby essentials all within reach.
It makes every session feel more relaxing.
What’s your favorite hack?
I agree, having everything prepped beforehand is so helpful! Having a schedule really helps me.
Giving baby a frozen wash cloth while teething before I nurse so he’s less likely to bite me and get a deep latch
This is a great tip my baby loves to chew on washcloths too
Having everything prepped makes such a difference it definitely sets you up for success
Yep! One of my fav is chocolate banana muffins ![]()
Thankyou I actually learned this in one of the Momcozy webinars about breastfeeding and I asked about teething and a shallow latch. This was the answer and when I tried it I’ll be darned it works like a
charm![]()

It really does I did that with my first baby and she loved it so I have used it with my others as well
My favorite hack is my go bag. It’s a bag with everything we could possibly need in case of emergency.
Here is what my husband and I have packed in my go bag:
- 2 days worth of diapers
- Wipes
- Diaper cream
- 4 outfits including one shirt (weather appropriate)
- 2 footie pajamas
- Baby blanket
- Large burp cloth
- Snot bulb
- Snacks and food pouches
- Sippy cup
- Shirt, pants, and underwear for myself
- Shirt for my husband
- Small stuffed animal
