I’m just casually pumping and happen to look down and ask my mom like wait is it something in the bottle because I can’t see. And it is, actually alotttttt. Inserting picture below. My mind is blank, how do I store, do I give to baby right away? I’m excited but nervous lol. tipsworthadding

That’s it! Perfect! Totally depends on you weather you wanna give it fresh or keep it for later if your baby is sleeping or directly nursing right now.. save it for later when you need to rest and your mom can feed it to your baby

Freshly pumped breast milk lasts for up to 4 hours at room temperature (77°F/25°C or colder), up to 4 days in the refrigerator (40°F/4°C or colder), and 6 to 12 months in the freezer (0°F/-18°C or colder)

Woohoo congratulations mama! Yess it looks perfect! I follow the 444 rule! You can store it in the fridge for up to 4 days (don’t put it in the fridge door since the temp changes with it being open and shut) freeze flat on day 4. If baby is hungry you can feed right away. Or 4hrs max at room temp!

I woke up this morning and my boobs were starting to get hard I got scared. Something just told me come on let’s pump girl so I did, I didn’t think anything of it and happened to look down and it was milk. Crazy you mentioned a tingling feeling. I’m actually getting it now as I’m typing this. Does that mean pump again?

Yay! So exciting! It’s good at room temp for 4 hours or fridge for 4 days. If you have to much you can always freeze it! Just makes sure to label it!

Yes that is very exciting and relieving. Breastmilk is good on the counter for 4 hours. After that you can put it in the fridge for 4 days then you can freeze it.
