My mom cozy v1 isn’t working it turns on but doesn’t suction. I’ve replaced all the parts. Any ideas ?

Reach out to Momcozy support they can help you troubleshoot it or will replace it if it’s under warranty

Yes exactly email support@momcozy.con they have been amazing when I have had an issue
