I like the W. It was a lot easier to get in and out of and I was able to use the wedge pieces after my c section too!
I use the u shaped pillow and I sleep with it as U because I don’t want to sleep on it. I like my normal head pillow. So I use it upside if you will
This one is EVERYTHING I still sleep with her hahahah
