Night time

So my baby is going on a growth spurt or something. He wants to eat way more lately. The challenge is at night time. If he doesn’t eat in time it turns into a 3 hour party. I’ve been preloading my portable bottle warmer before bed and turning it on. It keeps the water warm for a while or you can keep it on. I’ve been placing it on my nightstand to make it before I leave the bed to feed him. It seems to be working. He will nurse then have his bottle and pass out.

Also can Momcozy make a formula storage container?

Hooray for Momcozy bottle warmer! You are so smart to have the milk ready like that in the night

These growth spurts are no joke! It’s so frustrating when they won’t sleep. I refuse to turn on lights and get up when my daughter refuses to sleep. I just keep rocking her in different positions in the dark(we do have a dim red nightlight). The hope is that I am signaling to her brain that it is time for sleep when mommy doesn’t turn on the lamp and there’s no light coming through the curtains. It mostly works, but she’s just tossing and turning in my arms for hours sometimes

Thanks. I try and make my life a little easier whenever possible. I’ve done the rocking at night. It’s hard when your so tired. The momcozy neck pillow does make it easier. My husband took over one night and brought him into the living room. Since then that’s all he wants to do once he’s been up for long enough. Having the milk ready to go makes it easier to get him back to sleep otherwise he will scream the house down and wake up my 4 year old.

It really is hard to stay awake sometimes. I honestly don’t know how I do it! I will say that my legs are in the greatest shape they have ever been in my entire life from all this rocking! :joy: My husband has asked me if I’m angry rocking, and I’m like no….just gotta stay awake!

Awe. My husband does the same. Do you at least have a comfy rocking chair?

Oh yeah! I have a rocking leather recliner. It’s so comfortable! Only thing is it’s deep, so I have to use 4 pillows behind me so I can reach the floor! :joy: Is yours pretty comfy?
