✨ Oil Blending with Momcozy✨

Going off my last post !!! If you are pregnant or postpartum get some items to help relax you like essential oils for headaches, I know I had a lot of headaches when I was pregnant and I used lavender to help ease those along with others light scents nothing too strong obviously. Postpartum was the same with sleepless nights I needed oils to help me relax. You would be surprised at how much herbal help can ease your healing process

we got to make our own oils blends and scrubs at the moms come back event with @Momcozy and it truly might have been my favorite part!

I agree super hard to pick. I got the center but mixed a few and made my own scent. I went back to the table when it was over and she end up giving me two of the already made sample ones because I couldn’t choose lol. One is Center for Positive Energy &Stress Relief with Palo santo &bergamot. The other is Bloom, promoting love & harmony, vanilla, lavender, rose, &bergamot. This one might smell like the one I made but I think I added one or two other ones scents in mine. I just smelled mine while typing this and OMG I’m taking it with me to the hospital, putting it in my bag now! Thanks for this reminder.:two_hearts:
