Let me introduce myself, I go by Bre and I am 5 months postpartum and been enjoying my breastfeeding journey, I tried breastfeeding with my 2 year old but I could not produce enough milk and he did not wanna latch but what I realize with my new addition is that stress plays a humongous role in breastfeeding it can lessen your supply or even cancel it out so in all I just gave up mentally, but with my 5 month old I told myself I will figure out the method of a good supply and best latching method and I did just that. Breastfeeding can become a full time job , that is what I wasn’t told about it and also how bad engorgement hurts and the best way to relieve the pain is something cold or just nurse your baby off it . With this journey #momcozy products helped big time to where I have months worth of milk in my freezer to the point where I have no room for actual food but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world . What an incredible post, thank you so much for sharing this. I do agree that breast feeding and even pumping can’t seem like a full time job. I struggled a lot with breast feeding my baby so I had to choose to pumping and it was a lot of work. I also agree with what you mentioned that stress can impact your milk, which is why I tried my best to stay very calm.

You raised such a great point about how much stress impacts supply, learning that and sticking through the engorgement and challenges takes so much determination.
