Find a prenatal vitamins that works for you. They are all not the same. If one makes you feel sick try another. It took me 6 different kinds to find one my body accepted.

Yes everyone told me to get the gummy and the gummy always made me sick. I had to try several ones as well

I didn’t like the gummies either. I wasted so much money trying them but you don’t know how you react to each one

One thing you can do as well is ask your doctor to prescribe some Prenatals. Mine said the over the counter ones don’t do anything for me and that I was wasting my time with them.

Yess! The ones my OB prescribed each time did not sit well with my stomach. I love the Amazon basic prenatal gummies!
