I wish I knew the nursery did not have to be 100% finished before baby arrived. Since I was using a bassinet next to my side of the bed we did not actually use her crib until around 3 1/2 months of age when she was rolling over.
With my first baby the nursery was picture perfect when he arrived. With my second baby I did not stress about the tiny details until after she was born. I put more of my energy into the living spaces in our house where we would mostly be spending our time. PrepareForMotherhood
Here is the spot in her nursery I made sure I had ready. Packed with clothes, swaddles, diapers, cream, etc.
