My husband, his mom who lives 7 hours drive away from us, and his sister who lives just 30 minutes away, this is my small but precious village, and I am so grateful for them as we raise our children. My kids are deeply loved and cherished by these individuals, and words truly can’t express how thankful I am. I know my children will always remember exactly who made the effort to pour love into their world, and I pray that one day they will pass it forward, becoming part of the village for someone else who needs it.
Alongside my family, my online village has been a lifeline. I am incredibly grateful for the Momcozy community. On the days when no one is nearby or family isn’t available to talk, sharing my motherhood journey with this space is how I try to keep my sanity. I am beyond grateful to have found my team in parenting, both offline and online.
To all the mamas from all over the world who connects with me here: we may be separated by miles and oceans, but your kindness has left a permanent mark on my journey.
This picture because I thought we look cute here as a parents doing our best everyday for our family.
What a sweet message and also a great picture. We live far away from family and I understand how challenging it can be. All we can do is try our best and be the best parents we can be.
You are such a sweetheart! I am so thankful for you and this Momcozy community. I don’t have many people to talk to who aren’t super judgmental, so it has been nice to share here. I am glad you have a really loving and supportive family, and I totally understand how hard it is when they live far away!
I get it from my husband, he always says this! He’s so poetic himself. I got me a Shakespeare husband haha, he’s a writer/editor and songwriter which is the only reason I married him jk
