If there was one thing I could really use help with this week, it would be mornings.

Getting up early with the babies, feeding them, getting my two older kids ready for school, picking out clothes, brushing Gretchen’s hair, and making sure everyone gets on the bus on time—it’s a lot to handle every single day on my own.

I would love for my husband to step in and take over one morning, just so he can see what those early hours look like and how much goes into them. I think it would mean so much to feel that kind of support.

And honestly… a little dream request too
It would be amazing if someone we trust could watch the kids for one evening so Alex and I could go out on a date. We haven’t had a night alone together since our wedding on August 18, 2023.

Sometimes even the smallest support can make the biggest difference.

I can only imagine how difficult it must be getting 3 kids ready every morning. You’re doing a great job! Your kids look well dressed and their hair looks great! I know it takes a lot of effort to make them look good everyday. I’m the same way and always make sure my daughter looks her best. It’s a lot of work making sure everyone has what they need for the day and feeding them on top of that. I hope you are able to get a break one of these days
