I feel so lucky and grateful to say that most of the time I am sharing the load with my husband while he’s spending some time off work. Now I know things will quickly change once he’s back to work and I’m back to full time mom duty, but as of now we share the load quite equally. Other than pumping, he certainly does his fair share… He does feeds when I’m busy pumping, holds baby and soothes him when need be. We take turns doing bottle washing for the most part… Plus we try to make playtime a priority so he gets Tummytime and strength training in. I’m lucky to have a husband that loves to be a great and present dad. ShareTheLoad If we could trade off pumping though, that would be great

I love how supportive your partner is and how amazing of a dad he sounds !!! But trading off pumping duties that’s so real

That’s so awesome that he has been splitting up baby duties with you. I bet it’s nice to have some time to get things done or just to relax. You can tell he is so in love with y’all’s baby! The only thing I would like my husband to take over is washing my pump parts and baby dishes AND for him to do all the house cleaning. Anything else, and I would feel like I’m missing out on time with my daughter
I was so going to post that I wish my husband could do the pumping and feed the baby

It’s nice to have another set of hands, but if only there was another set of boobs too lol

The clutter struggle is real!! I have 7 toys out at all times, and rotate them as she loses interest in one. We always end up with way more than 7 toys out! I don’t know how this keeps happening!! 
If I could just keep my countertops free of random stuff like junk mail keys sunglasses excess dirty dishes etc lol I already have a ton of toys around the house too… lol it feels unavoidable. I think we need a toy box.
It’s like the clean open counter space calls to everybody to come put their junk there. I feel you!
