Well, I’m still becoming who I am and still challenged by figuring out where I’m going. I still try to find the STILL ME in every day. I love the bake and I’ve made many cool, pretty and unique treats… baking has definitely been on the back burner. Instead, I can indulge an extra special treats from bakeries instead of my own oven like this absolutely delicious cannoli donut!

The “still me” doesn’t disappear it just looks a little different in each season of life. Your love for baking will always be there when the time is right. Until then, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying someone else’s delicious creations, btw that cannoli donut looks amazing!

I can relate to that. Motherhood changes you so much that you basically have to figure out how to combine the old you and the new you, and make it work. Baking is a lot of fun. It’s pretty much the only kind of cooking I ever do. That’s cool you are taking time to bake too!
