Hi mamas! An item that helped me a TON is the Momcozy ComfortNip Nipple Cream! 
I wish I had found this sooner during my early breastfeeding days since it would’ve really come in handy during those cluster feeding days. This def helped me with soreness and along with the Momcozy breast pads they provided overall comfort while wearing a bra.
