One of the things that helped me exclusively pump for 10 months was making sure I was as comfortable as possible. When your nipples are already sore and sensitive the last thing that feels comfortable are plastic flanges - no matter how soft that plastic is. I found putting nipple cream on the flange before putting either my Spectra or Momcozy M6 wearable pumps on made a huge difference!

Comfortability is so hard to achieve when pumping! The Momcozy cooling nipple cream was such a lifesaver for me some days.
