What does support look like in your household? Especially at night and after having a baby. Are you the only one up at night? Do you have help during the day?
For me when my husbands off I have help during the day but at night unless I wake him up I fly solo with the baby.
I normally nurse the baby at night so he gets to sleep. He helps in the evening when he is home from work.
I had the opposite my worked from like 12-10 but once 11 hit he was on it I had most of my help at night day time was me flying solo and it was hard but we made it
Unfortunately I don’t have support within my household. It’s just me, my 5 littles, and 4hrs of broken sleep against the world
