FeedingAndSleepTips LifeAsANewMom
Hey moms! I only have two pieces of advice I can give to new moms. Advice number one is when your newborn wakes up to feed every 2-3 hours, change their diaper before every feeding. The reason for this is because they’re already falling asleep once they’re done with their bottle/boob and you’re waking them up to change their diapers which will take a while for them to go back to sleep. Advice number two for bottle fed babies is to have a nipple that has a faster flow in the nights so it is much quicker for them to drink the bottle for you to go back to sleep quickly. However in the case if they’re constantly choking on it, switch out the nipples. My baby as a newborn was able to drink the fast flow nipples but I know every baby is different.
