I am a little over 3 weeks pp andddd my milk is coming in slow
I finally got two ounces on both sides after a 3 hour break! That’s a record
I really hope my supply goes up
thankfully it’s enough for my little one I just want the chance to get a freezer stash and have the opportunity to donate again ![]()
It took me awhile too!! You are doing AWESOME !!! you got this ![]()
good job mama
Thank you! I sure I’m trying ![]()

It’s weird it just takes time! It’s going off what it thinks your baby needs!!! You are doing great
You’re doing a great job momma! It just takes time
Thank you
I just get worried because some people say your supply regulates at 6 weeks and idk how true that is ![]()
I hope so! I get sooo inspired by other moms that are like 4 days pp and the pumps are full! I’m trying soooo hard to get there ![]()

It is so hard to see that and feel like you aren’t doing enough (ask me how I know
)seeing all the moms the same amount of weeks postpartum as me producing so much and I was making just enough was hard and I had to learn my worth isn’t measured in ounces and that as long as my baby was fed and happy it would all be alright when I quit putting so much pressure on myself it really helped. It is so much easier said than done though
I think everyone is different and there is a vague timeline but that’s not necessarily true for everyone
Yes 100% that’s how I was my first breastfeeding journey I was soooo hard on myself because I had to combo feed and I definitely felt like I wasn’t enough it was bad. This time I’m definitely easy on myself and just trying my best![]()
I appreciate you thank you!![]()

I hope it’s not

Maybe your baby is just taking most of the milk before you pump? I remember reading somewhere that 2 ounces from each side is pretty common…I think it was a Momcozy article actually. Pumping/nursing more frequently should help increase your supply, but can take up to a couple weeks to see a difference depending on your body
Thank you ![]()
I’m def pumping and feed as often to try to increase ![]()

Make sure you’re using a hospital grade pump, have the correct flange size, drinking at least 80oz of water and 100g of protein a day! You got this!!!
I appreciate you thank you ![]()

I do use the spectra s1 and the air 1
My lactation nurses sized me but I can say drinking water is a little hard for me to get a break ![]()
let me tell you tho I can eat ![]()
