Breast milk and supply

Any advice on how to build a supply and increase supply? fTM I’m 7 weeks postpartum and I only pump 2oz all day and probably 4oz at night I need so help since I’m going back to work

To increase supply is always supply and demand. I don’t need to pump a lot (I’m a SAHM) but when I need to, I use my manual pump an hour after my baby’s feed. It signals your breasts to produce more. Also have a good diet, good carbs/protein and fats, because you’ll be hungry from how much is being pulled from you. And hydrate. I drink one liquid IV or coconut water for electrolytes along with drinking water throughout the day.

Being consistent with pumping, even at night. It’s really difficult but supply tends to regulate at 12 weeks so just hang in there! You’re doing awesome momma

Increase the amount of times you pump, eat and drink loads

I can honestly say after 8 months of use i love my momcozy pumps, I have the s9pro that are fantastic i always get a great amount and the M9’s are a lifesaver while working for me, when I need a discreet pump thats not noticeable this is my go to

Eating Oatmeal and drinking body armor and lots of water has helped me and making sure that I am eating enough. If you are taking any supplements make sure they are fenugreek free that could hurt your supply. If you haven’t tried power pumping that could be an option as well

I have the s9 pro as well and love it!

That is great advice!
