Baby question

How do you deal with reflux and spitup? My LO is having a few spitups a day. Any suggestions?

if you are feeding the baby a bottle make sure that the nipple flow isn’t too fast. Burp halfway through a feeding and hold your baby fully upright for 20–30 minutes after eating should help.

our pediatrician told us that “happy spitting” (they don’t fuss when they spit up) is normal but you should contact your pediatrician if your baby seems in pain, arches their back constantly or has projectile vomiting

I agree with Rachel can be a sign of a full belly, happy baby. But can also be a sign of something.. trust your instinct. Only you and your baby will know :beating_heart:

How old is baby. In the beginning it’s pretty common. Does baby seem in pain? Or is it a lot?

I second this !!!

I’ve noticed burping baby more often and sitting her up for a little bit after feeds / or at an angle is she is asleep seems to help the most. If bottle feeding- try pace feeding
