Being a mom to 2 active boys has shown me that each day can be completely different! It has taught me to embrace all the chaos, mess and joys of life. Each day is different but also the same. I learned to build Lego over and over again. Paint paintings for my son’s room. Use resources we have to teach and create. Having patience of a saint at times of stress. And embrace challenges and use them for life lessons!
It’s the best job and rewarding job.

That is so true how each day is completely different, yet the same! Repetition is how they learn though, so it’s perfect actually. Then of course you’ve got to change some things up a bit so life isn’t boring. It’s a delicate balance that we have become experts at!
Oh okay! Yeah she definitely knows he’s not actually taking her then. Sorry to hear you’re allergic to cats. I sometimes wish I was so we could get rid of our cat. She’s so skittish that she’s literally just an extra expense that we hardly ever even see lol
It’s okay. I found an allergist that can do shots so I’ll probably try that eventually. Our dog doesn’t care much for cats so at least I get kitten cuddles now. I felt like that with our dog when my oldest was younger. Now I see their bond!
Shewwwwww I still struggle with the chaos. Good on you finding the joy in the repetitive moments though! That can definitely be a hard one. Before I went back to work I was starting to have a really difficult time with that.
