🌼 Best friend support 🌼

My best friend has never missed a moment to be my support through pregnancy and postpartum. She Would drive hours to come see me and When my postpartum was not being the nicest to me, I would always ignore her calls not because I didn’t want to talk just because I didn’t want to admit I was as struggling. She never judged or held it against me she just was there! That’s the best support I could have asked for.

She took this picture because I wasn’t feeling very cute pregnant and she made sure I got some maturity shots and honestly if it wasn’t for her I’d have zero pictures of me pregnant!! Oh and she got a nice shot of our goat too

Me too. Before pregnancy I got abdominal muscle and I love it! During pregnancy I’m so sad that my belly is getting so big, but my husband always told me that’s so cute. He touched my belly almost everyday. I did have some photos for my cute belly and now I regret that I didn’t take enough photos lol.

Same here I had abs and such a good looking core, but my partner was the same just loved my belly and I was so self conscious because it was so different from what I normally saw with my body. But looking back it was beautiful and I am just so grateful my best friend saw that and took as many as she could. I’m kicking myself for not doing a maturity shoot :sob:

Awww you had such a cute pregnant belly! I feel you though. I had finally gotten down to my goal weight after working so hard on it right before I got pregnant. I ended up adopting the mindset that it would be the only time in my life that I was allowed to flaunt my fatness and not feel self conscious about it :joy:

She sounds like a great friend and support I’m glad that you have her because you are so supportive to others and build them up and you deserve that as well. I’m sorry postpartum wasn’t kind to you but I am so proud of you that you use that to help others you are a special person and it shows how you treat others.

I bet you looked stunning pregnant!!! And that’s a fantastic mindset, I think we just need time to adjust to our bodies but they are changing so fast and so rapidly it’s hard to get a chance to accept it. At least for me. And face just didn’t look the same to me idk I’m was going through it. I do regret it tho because at the end of the day I kinda loved the feeling of being pregnant as ideas that sounds. I miss those little belly kicks

Awh thank you so much! That means the world to me you have no idea . Because that’s exactly it, I needed support and I still do if I’m being honest and if there is anyone out there that was like me or even in different boats but need support I’d love to be that. In a weird way I’m glad I had a hard time because it has led me to a world that I adore which is supporting moms

Oh yeah, the fat face! I forgot all about that! I actually was self conscious about my face now that you mention it. I’m sorry you were struggling with how you looked while pregnant. And omg yessss those belly kicks! I miss those too!

This was me at 6 months pregnant
