I am breastfeeding my second baby. Learning how to breastfeed with strong letdowns, being an over supplier, and losing my supply when returning to work have been challenges. I was never taught how to use a pump properly so I learned through my own research and talking to other moms. I excluypunpes with my first after she started to bite and wouldn’t stop. I ended my journey with her early because I got thrush so bad, I my nipples would peel and pumping was not ideal.

I wasn’t taught either I too had to learn as I went it was hard but we kinda made it through lol hahah
I had to learn as well breastfeeding/ pumping is definitely a roller coaster and comes with lots of challenges and just when you think you have it figured out here comes a curve ball
